If you're out for a stroll or want a great bike path, this park has you covered. It also has so many ballpark and playgrounds that everyone could play at the same time.

If you're looking for a peaceful place that stinks slightly less than the paper mills, then this is perfect. Goose poop on every path and next to no grass left around the Pond because people illegally feeding the Waterfowl (though posted prohibited) sure would be great if somebody enforced the rules.

Glad that I had the experience! I always enjoy myself here! I enjoy meeting people here! I enjoy walking around through the park area! I enjoy sitting at different benches looking around the park seeing the sights! The water fountain is a sight to see! I saw a rainbow in the water in front of the fountain once or twice! Memorable moments! I'll be back!

Trolleys on Friday and Saturday for the win! The Park is always super clean relative to how many people use it. No smoking signs appreciated. Equipment is old but was built to last through an apocalypse. So, still fun! Goose poop obstacle courses add an extra challenge. Enough parking all over to never have any bottle necks or feel stuck at the end of community events. The Flood Wall overlooks the mightiness of the river from safety even at top Flood stage. Pickleball and tennis courts and a mid skatepark. I'd like to see better maintained Basketball courts, nicer and more courts in different locations. The pool is always freezing cold in the middle of summer which can be good, I guess, but pricing always seems crazy to me. I just wish they had season passes or lane hours. We are also distinctly missing a free splash pad which could easily be situated behind the restrooms to the side of the city pool and accessed from the volleyball parking lot. I miss the soccer fields being in the annex. Coppel Park is too far across town and now unavailable for pickup games. Nice Baseball fields, though! The Pump House is an absolute undervalued pearl of art in the middle of historic downtown! Overall, the whole City Park and Recreational facilities are a complete labor of years of effort of hundreds of citizens and community members! Chillicothe is elevated by our ability to get together and watch our children grow and play and celebrate life in these locations! Wonderful!

This part of the park is really nice you can fish as long as you have a license to fish but very nice sitting areas watch the ducks or feed them bread but yeah I love this park

A wonderful park and area to visit when on vacation. Best park and recreational area i have ever been to so far. Had very clean public pool, lots and lots of different areas to plan any kind of party. Fishing area. Walking path. And so much more. Very clean. The ice cream truck came and had ALL the ice cream products i loved as a kid which is extremely rare cause i haven't seen an ice cream truck where i live in Indiana in years so that was a super exciting surprise for me and my boys.
