This is a neat place to learn about the history of Chillicothe, IL. There is also a Zorro exhibit. The historians are very informative and willing to answer any questions you have.
Parking and entrance are in the back.

I was fascinated by all of the historical memorabilia displayed. From the Civil War to present, their museum curator, Gary, offered many explanations and stories! The city is blessed to have caring and knowledgeable volunteers preserving its past.

What an amazing place! We went to see the Zorro exhibit, and we were not disappointed. Curator Gary Fyke gave a detailed yet highly entertaining talk that we all enjoyed.
