I have had multiple interactions with the Village of Cherry Valley, specifically with both Heather Riley and Kathy Trimble. Both have always been incredibly kind, helpful and are knowledgeable in all matters related to the Village. They have always gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions I have or with anything else that I have needed relating to Village matters. They are truly an asset the the community and really care about the Village and its citizens.

Phenomenal staff. Very respectful, very informative. Very knowledgeable! I had a million questions and Heather was so kind and helpful in answering them all. She even provided me with outside resources to access as well if I needed any further assistance. Overall very pleased with my experience!
