Decent Facility for basketball. Odd in that the General Admission seating is on both ends of the court. Side seating is available for addition charge. Good atmosphere. Parking is free and easily accessable.

Once we found the arena on Campus...it was a wonderful concert. The culmination of a weekend of 500 bell ringers coming together to collaborate. There should be signs directing traffic to the arena...everyone was driving all over the campus trying to find it?

Attended a University of Hartford Women's Basketball game. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination was required and checked upon entry. No concessions were open as a COVID-19 precaution. Masks were required except when drinking (I think you could bring a bottle of water in). Everything appeared clean. The seat was in good shape. They had a good amount of staff running things. I have no complaints about the experience. Except Hartford lost. That has nothing to do with the arena though

I really do like Chase Arena however at the women's basketball game on Saturday 12 Jan,2019 there appears to be an issue with th sound system facing the section we are in, 209, the sound was very garbled and it was difficult to hear what the announcer was saying properly. Were they turned on at all?

Division 1 venue for Division 3 what a waste of a beautiful place

The gym here is generally good, however the staff is slow to fix equipment and generally people are bad about hogging it and being obnoxious
