I currently live in these apartments, I've been here since 2018. There has been 3+ managers since I've been here. Every time a new manager has come in has threatened to evicted me until I prove that they're wrong!! This newest manager doesn't care that she's wrong. She insist on evicting me and my family, with all the proof I have provided... Shes very RUDE!! She doesn't talk to you, she yells like an adult is a dog!! Ive been trying to get work done in this apartment since I've lived here. I've even tried calling corporate with NO RESPONSE!! The only things that has finally been fixed since I've been here is the toilets and air. And the toilets just got fixed 2024. There was roofing done on my building the letter said, it would only that a week and we can't park in our driveway for that week. Well, there's still pallets, shingles and nails in my driveway 3 weeks later!! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my enemy!

Thought about trying to apply for a apartment, but they're so run down I just couldn't see myself giving any company the type of money they're asking for a month when the building has central air but every one has air conditioning in there windows. Many other negative things that need to be maintenance by a contractor.

I’ve been waiting for almost a year for my 3 bedroom. I call no answer I leave a voicemail I used to drive down and her car wouldn’t be there majority of the time. Than when she finally did answer it was always something or she was on vacation. But got mad because I called corporate because I was wandering what was the hold up. My year is about to come and still waiting on a 3 bedroom.

The manager unprofessional! There’s never nobody in the office . I was suppose to bring in my deposit to move in but nobody was in the office for a week. When I reached to somebody above her they basically think I’m delusional because the manager lied and told them my apartment wasn’t ready . They janky and very unprofessional

I'm not sure why there's an option to rate just for stopping by. I don't live in the apartments. A relative does. They're okay I guess. I haven't heard her complain.

I have been in my apartment for a year and I don't have screens on my window I can only let one window up in my living room my toilet runs hot water my handle is broke on my toilet I have to keep fixing it to flush my toilet trash not being picked up the tenets are very disrespectful and the kids are very bad parking is bad you can't park were you live because the tenets company park in the spaces for the people that pay rent to live there then get smart about you asking them to move their cars so you can park thay say it's the project's there are no assigned parking spots rules need to be enforced out there.I pay my rent I shouldn't have to deal with stupidity.

Only thing they bad at is putting people in a 2 bedroom when they got 3 kids 2 girls and one boy they should been in a 3 bedroom just like my cousin had 5 kids in a 2 bedroom but I still love the apartment

Pick up
