I wanted to go here with my husband for Valentine’s Day. Sounds like the staff and equipment are really bad though. Because of the reviews I’ve decided to avoid this place. No one wants to be overcharged and treated terribly any day let alone a special day.

Very overpriced. Went here for my brother's birthday. I've been to places in downtown Chicago and didn't pay as much. For the price, I also thought the bathroom would look better than it did. For one bowling games shouldn't be that overpriced, the food was mid and overly priced too. The lady working at the bar was extremely slow. Myself and everyone there was waiting at least 30 minutes or longer to even get our drink order taken and then a wait to get the drink. The bartender then gave a couple that was next to me shots for free when everyone had been waiting at least 30 minutes or longer. The right thing to do would have been to give everyone a free shot not just the couple. Mines well go downtown Chicago and get a better view, better food, and a nicer bowling alley with cleaner bathrooms. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

This place is privately owned but feels like a corporate business where no one cares and nothing matters. Abysmal service. 3 different incredibly rude employees with absolutely zero customer service that made our visit today awful. First and last time here, which is quite unfortunate considering how close it is. Take your money somewhere else. I've heard Thunder bowl in Mokena is much better!

This place was nice. Me and my son met my mom, who was already bowling there. They had food and maybe 7 mini games for the kids to play and their bathrooms were not bad at all. However the price to bowl for 2 hours for 2 people and 1 pair of bowling shoes was 74 dollars, which seems a little high. In all we had fun and when my mom finished with her game she came over and bowled with us.

The place had plenty of parking and visually you could find what you're looking for. Bathrooms could be updated because it's tight quarters. Pro shop was nice and the bar was clean. If you're interested they had slots there.

Okay place. Very expensive to bowl here compared to other bowling alleys in the area. We played 5 games in less 1.5 hrs. and it cost $60.00. Everything is done online here, from reserving a lane to ordering food, which is frustrating. You have to scan a QR code on the alley's screen to see a menu and order food, which didn't work on anyone's phone, so we gave up. Beers at the bar were $5.50 each. Loud rap music was playing in the overhead speakers, which was annoying and distracting while trying to bowl.

This was my second bad experience at this bowling alley. The first time our lane would constantly malfunction either never returning our ball or not keeping accurate track of our score. I figured maybe we just got unlucky. Went back again recently and we had the same issues. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but since now they charge you $30 per hour each issue subtracted about 3 to 5 minutes of your time to bowl for about a total of 18-20 minutes. It was just me and one other person bowling on one lane and we couldn't finish our third game before it just shut our lane off. It goes without saying that I will not be going back to this bowling alley. I'm ok with giving it one star cuz it was at least pretty clean inside. Also didn't have any issues with staff, but according to a lot of other reviews I'm seeing we might have just lucked out on that.
