A great short 1mi trail!

All paved, but beautiful scenery. The Caldor Fire burned part of the back half of the trail so look for vegetation regrowing!

Dog owners- pack your poop! There aren’t trash bins, so be prepared, and pick it up!!! Yes it’s nature, but be respectful and pick up after your dog!

Nothing exciting, just a one mile paved loop trail that partially borders the main road. Part of the forest along the trail was burned from the Caldor fire.

Really easy bucolic paved trail. I did the 1 mile loop (to the right of the parking area) but you can go further (if you go to the left of the parking area). There is some recent burn damage from forest thinning. And it’s close to the road. So not a remote trail, but still a very pleasant stroll.

Wonderful local trail that is paved, giving you a nice option in bad weather. Small parking lot, and far enough off the highway to be safe. We've never seen anyone who looks suspicious. One caveat: Sometimes folks walk dogs off-leash that become aggressive, but it's rare.
