The kids have fun and get exercise. The problem is the loud beeping that doesn't stop. Beeping goes on for hours. It's loud. The massage chairs are designed to be uncomfortable until you pay money and there isn't enough alternative seating. Please remove the beeping noise and take out these awful massage chairs

We had my son's 9th birthday party here. There were 6 kids in total. He and his friends had a great time! Staff was friendly up on check-in and check-out. Pizza and soda was delivered timely. Overall it was a very easy place to hold my son's birthday party.

A nightmare for grownups but my kid loves it. It’s SO LOUD here and there is no place to get away from the noise. We did a birthday here and got lots of perks that made it a good experience like free passes. You have to use their branded magic socks and can’t bring food in. Bring a book for you.

Took my son on a Saturday with some friends (had kids aged 2 and 4, my 12 year old, and a handful of adults). $25/person for 90 minutes. Had to buy socks! $4 each (they have grippies). SO MANY BOUNCY THINGS. Lots of fun obstacle courses to keep you busy and totally wear you out. Little cubbies at the front for shoes/bags and they sold drinks. There's an obstacle course up top where they put you in a harness and clip you in, but the wait was pretty long so we sadly missed out on that (next time we'll just do it first). The ball pits could use some improvement, the kinda sorta hard plastic balls end up everywhere.

The place is nice an and they have nice massage chairs. The problem is they have these very obnoxious beepers so people who sit and don’t pay it causes the chair to beep. It sounds like a fire alarm. It is so obnoxious that even through I paid 5.00 for 15 minutes I had to leave as the noise hurt my ears and prevented me from enjoying the experience.

Awesome concept, lots of potential, but like most things, it appears the pursuit of profit has degraded it beyond an acceptable state. So we cancelled our membership.

The beeping massage chairs, designed to annoy you until payment, are so obnoxious that they make the sound of the screaming children almost a peaceful alternative.
Many safety concerns have gone unaddressed for over a year now after being informed about them. Issues are not related to the inherent danger of the activities, but rather the failure to maintain the equipment or think ahead. Sure, everything will be fine, assuming EVERY CHILD follows all safety rules, both written and unwritten. I can't believe a child hasn't died here yet given the many preventable risks (exposed bolts and screws that tear the skin, unrepaired tears in the inflatables haphazardly covered in duct tape that lead to exposed concrete at the bottom of a fall/jump, complete lack of staffing in the play areas, lack of secure vs. unsecure area allowing for ease of abduction/wandering off, and much more)

Finally, the cost of everything is too high. No outside water? Piss off.

If you're booking a party at Catapult- GO TO THE LAKEWOOD ONE!

We just had my sons 11th birthday here, and I accidentally booked it for this location instead of Lakewood, big mistake.
We had a birthday at the Lakewood location 2 years ago, exactly. I assumed it would be pretty much the same but it wasn't.
Our party was from 5-7 pm.
I arrived around 4:50 to set up the table and have everything ready. Got in line and waited for a long time. Finally a girl told me my party host was in the back and would be out soon.
We continued to wait and finally around 5:05 she came out. Quite annoying as you're timed and the kids can't play without the socks and wristbands.
Then when she came out she told me they were going to order the pizza now and it would arrive at 530. I told her I'd like to order 2 additional pizzas and she quickly told me "No. We can't do that."
I found that very odd as the Lakewood one was able to order as many additional as you'd like. When I booked the party I didn't know we would have several extra guests and nowhere on the website does it say you must order everything beforehand. So now I'm paying additional for multiple kids but I don't get extra pizza and I can't even order and pay for extra pizza. Plus the worst part is that you're not allowed to bring any in! It made zero sense to me that they couldn't just order 2 more pizzas. They don't have any hot food so there's also zero reason we couldn't bring our own in. So all the adults went hungry which is super embarrassing. And when you're spending close to $500 on an 11 year olds birthday the least you can expect is to be fed?

This location also seems a lot more run down and dingy than the lakewood one.
We enjoy catapult and I'm hoping that in the future you will make it so if you're unable to provide enough food for the party, at least allow us to bring in our own food.
