It's hard to believe that a library might possibly have life changing information. I wouldn't know and neither would the ten women who were hoping to find out. Out of the five libraries we called, not one librarian could answer our question. They referred us to the administrator and the administrator's assistant who either did not feel our call was important enough to return or they were too busy over a three-month period of time to go through their messages and respond to them. No one knows better than a person who runs a small all-volunteer nonprofit org how busy a person can get but, when it comes to the people that support you, you should do your best to get back with them as soon as you can. Thank goodness we found the information we were looking for through an extremely helpful organization online. We found at the very last minute but, we found it. Thank goodness. Thanks to that organization the lives of those ten women will be changed. Had this been about a book or a movie or some magazine, it would not have been a big deal. I would never have said a word. But this was totally different and extremely important. It only takes a minute to give a customer the courtesy of a return phone call. What a shame that didn't happen. One star is being generous.

We've been in the process of moving overseas, in this process I've had to pack up all my son's books. The library gives us an opportunity to look for new books and read books we've never heard off. Ms. Sarah's toddler time on Tuesday mornings is our favorite time to go, my son loves interacting with her and doing all the songs and dance. Lastly, occasionally I need access to a printer and the library is cheap and so easy to use! So grateful for these resources!

The staff over the years have always been very friendly and helpful. I love my hometown library! I'm glad it's getting some new work done to the place. It's well deserved for everything the library does for the community!

I only come here to do homework but if I didn't have to do that, I would never return.The facility itself is nice, clean and offers a lot of resources to the community. It is the people that work here that would keep me away. Most of the women that work here are so caddy and rude. They gossip all day. Unless you're an older adult or a child, don't expect to hear the word hello directed towards you. I have been coming here multiple times a week for the last 6 months or so and not one of the women that work here have acknowledged me more than a half smile while not bothering to looking up from their computers or phone, when I say hello.

Have enjoyed the food discussions with Suzie Yoder. First time we made bread in a bag. We even got to take our own loaf of bread home. The next evening visit they offered meal prep for busy people. I learned many helpful tips and it inspired me to try some new ideas. It's easy to get in the same rut, but this game me new ideas. They encourage suggestions for any other "classes" that people would be interested in. I'll keep watching for upcoming events! Thank you!!!

The staff is exceptional. They’re all very friendly and helpful. Great book selection and VERY kid friendly. Love the kid area. My toddler enjoys going to the library every week!

Nice library. Lots of places to sit and read,good amount of computers to use. All the employees were very helpful!
