Best experience ever with bounce house rentals. They were so nice and showed up on time. Price and quality of our bounce house was perfect. Delivery, setup and pick up was all included. Having another party in March, Definitely using these guys again.?

We have used Captains for our fall festival at our church for over 8 years. He has been wonderful!!! The bounce house are very well kept . We rent 7 or 8 big items, the trackless train,popcorn and cotton candy machine.We also rent generators from him. Very reliable and helpful!

I wanted to give this business ZERO stars but in order to post, I had to put one star.
Today was the last day of our Summer Enrichment Program at our school and we had a party for all our students. I contacted several vendors last week Friday, July 29, 2016 to participate in our event and all the vendors showed EXCEPT CAPTAIN PARTY RENTALS!!!
We called Mr. Richard prior to our event beginning and he told us he would call us back. He didn’t call us back after a hour so we called him and was sent to voicemail, so we called him from ANOTHER phone number and he answered! He then told us he accidently put wrote us in his 2015 schedule book instead of 2016.
Again we asked him when he would be here and he told us 2 or 2:30 so again we waited and that also came and went! We called him again and he sent us to voicemail. We got another phone and called him AGAIN! This time he told us his truck broke down and he couldn’t make it. If he were lying or not, broke down or not, he should of called us!
At the end of the day, our students didn’t have a water slide! Thanks to CAPTAIN PARTY RENTALS! We had a plan B but canceled our plan B because Mr. Richardson told us he would be here but he didn’t show.
I will never use this business again.

This is our families go to! Captain is always able to help us in a pinch and helps give our daughters birthday an extra bounce each year!

I can't even begin to describe how disappointed we were with this company and their water slide! They were 1 1/2 hours late getting here, then left us with a dry rotted slide. Two trips down the slide and the kids were all scratched up because the Velcro on the slide was falling apart. It was a total piece of junk!! Luckily a local company saved the day and brought us a good slide. I will NEVER use this company again!
