Grass is badly in need of cutting!!!!!! Very few garbage cans scattered about the park. Dogs running around unleashed, pooping, owners not cleaning it up and picnic tables are clutter together in several places. You have to place your own tables. Tables are in poor condition!!!! Washroom is clean and orderly. The Forest Park.

I would like to thank Mr. Cleo for his great help and service. I was having some paperwork issues and was going back and forth. Mr. Cleo took it upon him to get this resolved for me and did what he had to do for me. Thank you Mr. Cleo!

The village of Calumet city does not perform reinforcement for its contractors licenses. They charge a exorbitant amount for a contractors license then do not patrol for or care to prosecute the unlicensed contractors. I am very disappointed in the village of calumet city. Please do better I would love to change this review to a good one, but as of right now the inspectors are not doing their job because they are letting unlicensed contractors run around Calumet City daily. Please talk to the inspectors and get them to do better!!!

The security guard at the door is the best! He made my day. The lady that waited on me is great. I'm new to Calumet City and so far I'm Impressed. Great customer service!!!

Don't move in this city. I have loose dogs in my backyard everyday and the city will not let me put up a gate. Putting my family at risk of being attacked. They are rude and I can't reach my aldermen. Run

The staff is friendly for the most part, can sometimes be a bit impatient.
But it's never a happy occasion when you're paying out your hard earned cash...
Water company will turn your water off after 5pm on any given day, knowing people work and commute until well after 5 and not to mention, they close at 5, (so, no chance of getting a resolution until the next day after 9am) 😑 but won't turn it back ON after 2pm. They also dig a massive hole in your front yard and won't replace your grass for years, if at all.
hence the 2 stars 😌
Building is very small, bill paying lines are normally out the door.
