My husband and I found this little gem a few blocks away from our home. Super cute vibe. The workers were crazy nice and super helpful. They gave great suggestions what flavors to blend in the teas/coffees. Food and drinks tasted extra yummy!! 😋 Loving that my new fav spot is in the neighborhood!!! 🗺📍☕️😍 It's a "must do"!

Café Consume was such an awesome place to kick start off our Sunday. Great tasting latte and the star of the show, the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Great costume service and the music had the vibes right while it was lightly snowing. Definitely coming back!!

This is a great place. I would give it 7 stars for customer service! I loved the vibe of the place. The pastries were sold out by the time I visited so definitely go earlier. I had an iced mocha which was great! Dark chocolate for the win!!! It was a bit too sweet for me, but I prefer my coffee on the bitter side. Definitely one of the better mochas I had. The staff is super sweet, nice and accommodating. They gave their own recommendations and answered my questions without making me feel dumb. They also handed out sample of different teas, which was definitely a great touch. The neighborhood seems a little sketch, but the place is great. I will be back here and bring more people as well!

The coolest spot! I live in McKinley & we don’t have many coffee shops but, this is by far the best addition into our neighborhood. The owners of this spot don’t fail at making you feel at home. Will def be my new go to coffee shop ☕️

You need to try this spot! The coffee is delicious and the brothers that run the shop are amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming. Also, with the addition of pastries from Butterdough, a local favorite, there is no need to go anywhere else for your pastry/coffee fix! Give it a try and you won't regret it. Let's keep a local family owned coffee shop in the neighborhood!

I had the pleasure of discovering Café Consume after reading previous reviews of how great this little coffee shop is. The employees were very welcoming and engaging with every customer coming through the door. Highly recommend ordering the Bacon, Egg and Cheese on an Everything Bagel alongside their Bourbon Vanilla Latte. This cafe has now become a staple for whenever I visit Chicago.
