Tonight's experience was 10/10 fresh! Fresh! Fresh! So super amazing
11:30 you'd think the food would be fresher than what tasted like yesterday's leftovers.

I always order the biggest chicken fires because that means they have to make them. Not today, they had them sitting on ready before we even paid for the order. I ordered have-sies but only got fries. I didn't complain because sometimes you just pick and choose your battles.

I'll check them out again

They had us pull over and wait 20 minutes and they gave us the wrong order. Worse part is it was a kids meal they gave us by mistake.

Didn’t order as I was ignored at the counter. PIC was stressed granted but she most definitely saw me waiting and couldn’t even say we will be with you in a moment or apologize for the wait. I will not support a business front that won’t recognize me as a customer.

We stopped by this burger king on our way home from a playoff game in Jackson. It was after 10pm and we were about to begin a four hour drive home. The staff were courteous, professional and kind. One of our sandwiches wasn't right and they quickly fixed it. They even wished us safe travels on our way home. A big thank you to everyone working!! You definitely started our trip off right!!

Food wasn't fresh , my chicken nuggets were hard ? one employee yelled at another employee told her she should have been paying attention the first time she called out the customer special order to her ...this made me very feel very uncomfortable. Sometimes children are in there and they are being yelled at by employees I assume these children belong to one of the employees .

Girl work at drive thru register charge my first card and said it was declined. So I give her a different card. I came back and found out my first card was not declined cause she gave me the receipt to the first card not the 2nd. If I would of gave her cash she would of put it in her pocket. What I hate more is thieves.The manager handle it ok she give me only one refund which she said she give me 2 which she did not I won't go back rather cook at home
