I rarely write reviews, but I just have to recommend this place! Tucked away in a coffee farm up in the mountains, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and peaceful, a perfect escape from the city noise. Although driving up can be a bit tricky, I can guarantee 100% that it’s absolutely worth it!

My friends and I joined a coffee and tea tasting session, followed by an hour-long farm tour, and the experience was truly wonderful. The coffee and tea were both amazing—rich in flavor and expertly prepared. The staff were all very friendly, especially Hide, the Japanese guide who led our farm tour. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate, sharing so much about the farm and coffee-making process along the way. I learned a lot thanks to him.

This has honestly been one of my favorite experiences on the Big Island of Hawaii so far! If I have the chance, I will definitely come back and recommend this hidden gem to more friends.

Deluxe 60-Minute Tour Review

We had an amazing experience on the Deluxe 60-minute tour with Kay at Buddha’s Cup Coffee! Kay was incredible—so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. She took her time showing us around the beautiful coffee farm, which is much more than just coffee. We loved learning about the farm’s tea, macadamias, oranges, bananas, and more. The miniature horses, goats, parrots, chickens, and peacocks added a unique charm to the visit.

The coffee-making process was explained in great detail, and it was fascinating to see how everything comes together. Kay’s occasional “need for speed” moments while guiding us around added a touch of humor and excitement to the tour!

We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kona—it’s a wonderful mix of education, nature, and fun. Thank you, Buddha’s Cup, and a special thanks to Kay for making it such a memorable experience!

Such a fun experience! We did the coffee tasting/pairing and it was absolutely worth it. Not only did we get to try. All of their delicious coffee we also got to taste their honey, chocolate, macadamia nuts, and more!

It was such a fun experience and well worth the price. Bonus points for having a very friendly cat you can pet.

absolutely fantastic experience. we did the ATV tour, and it was so cool to learn so much about coffee! angelica was so knowledgeable and sweet. we also did the coffee flight, and it was something i’ve never done before. every cup was delicious. when i’m back, ill definitely visit again! thank you guys!

I love this place so much! I went the other day for a coffee tasting and atv farm tour and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a guest here on the island. Highly recommend if you’re looking for things to do if you’re just traveling. Mahalo to the Buddha coffee fam ?✨

fantastic coffer-lover attraction!
We did utv tour and coffee tasting. Our tour guide, (秀吉？) is a nice and super friendly person with full passion. He introduced about this farm, coffee making process, the biodiversity in this farm and so on. Very enjoyable 90mins and we bought a lot coffee beans and tealeaves!

Up in the mountains outside of Kona, we found this gem of a coffee farm. They offered a coffee flight tasting with delectable pairings. They had tea tastings too that were really good. We loved the vibe here. Our barista, Lynn?, was great! She was knowledgeable and fun. There were others that welcomed us onto the property such as peacocks, dogs, cats, birds which include turkeys. We also met Manny of Manny's coffee who was fun to talk to. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Such a fun experience doing the coffee tour and sample. When doing the sample, you get to try 5 of their coffee products and 1 tea with several different snacks like chocolate covered macadamia nuts and bananas with their honey.
