Normally my husband and I purchase a fair bit of product here for family gatherings and events even considering the substantial markups. , we can wind up stopping in several times a month and I know I’ve spent a good deal. This past week with the holidays I’ve even stopped several times as I purchased items for gifts, today I went in for one last item and in my rush to get to work I grabbed the wrong thing on the shelf above what I meant to. After purchasing i stepped outside for no more than 3 seconds hand still on the door and realized this mistake. I promptly asked if I could return and purchase the correct item which btw would have been more expensive. I was plainly told no returns or exchanges. In most cases I can understand why this is done but this just left a bad taste in my mouth for this store. Most definitely won’t be receiving anymore of our business.

Horrible prices on good bottles, almost 200% markup on allocated bottles, once I seen a bottle for 175 that I can get for 65 I refused to spend my money there
