I’ve been trying to find a workout that I’d actually be consistent in and enjoy (but also challenge me as well!) and btone has been THAT studio that makes me want to get out of bed at 7 in the morning. Easy to book classes, lots of options with times & availability. The studio itself has a lot of natural light coming in & is always the best feeling to start your day in there.

A big shoutout to all the instructors at btone fitness Hartford, y’all are amazing. The instructors are great with cues, energetic and are always helping us to get proper form (which not all studios do!)

If you’ve never tried Pilates or apprehensive about all the equipment, I would absolutely recommend trying it here first! The team here are kind!!! And you will get addicted

I can’t speak highly enough of btone — I was so excited to hear when btone came to Hartford, eager to try this unique mix of Pilates, strength training and yoga. Between the challenging but extremely rewarding workout, to the sweetest instructors, btone has transformed my relationship with fitness. I highly recommend anyone interested in trying btone to sign up! If you are like me, intimated by a new routine or workout, Emily and her staff create such a welcoming environment, you will feel right at home. They are always so positive and attentive to each member in class, especially those new to the studio. Not only is it a great workout, I have made many new friends thanks to this community. There is no shortage of laughs and good times in class. Thank you btone for being such a bright light for me! Looking forward to more toning and friendships this year!!

Btone Hartford is my absolute favorite Pilates studio! All of the instructors are amazing (I’m pretty sure I have taken almost every instructor there). I regularly recommend this place to anyone I encounter (regardless of whether they ask or not loll), but have not done it here yet, so to anyone who is nervous or scared to take a class, please do it! I was once scared too and started by taking 1 class, then 1-2 classes a week, and now I’m 70 classes in and it is so worth it. The environment is so so supportive, instructors are so helpful, the vibes are great, they have so many different class times to take, and you leave feeling empowered. The classes are challenging, but a good challenge that is lead by what you feel you can handle, and there are modifications for everything.

I joined btone three weeks ago and I'm absolutely in LOVE. Emily and her crew are some of the most supportive, inspiring, empowering, and fun bunch you'll ever workout with. As someone who is very unfit and works a desk job, I was very nervous to do my first class. I have taken varying classes in different studios that made me feel really judged and unwanted in the past. Btone's environment is not that, it is incredibly inclusive no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Even before I had my first class, Emily the owner was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. The first couple of classes were challenging, but the instructors are super encouraging so you leave feeling great about yourself. I've noticed such a huge change in my energy and strength already! I've taken 10 classes but I know this is just the beginning. Highly recommend taking a class with Elia and Sherry as they are WONDERFUL!!!

Joining btone has been one of my best choices this year! The classes are so fun and offer challenges for all levels. After just a few classes I started to feel so much stronger. All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. If I’m doing a move wrong, they always show me how to fix it to avoid injury and to get the most out of each move. Everyone else in the classes are also great and there’s an overall positive and motivating vibe. The location is so convenient as I work in hartford, but is also easy to get to on weekends. My favorite days are days I get to go to btone! I couldn’t recommend it enough!

I cannot say enough good things about btone. I had really fallen out of love with working out after years of running and cycling. When I started working in Hartford I was very intrigued by the btone studio across the street. I took my first class (they have great/affordable plans for new members) and instantly fell in love and haven’t looked back. The instructors are all incredible and very informed and motivating. You really learn to embrace the shake and come out of each class feeling like you’ve really accomplished something and are making strides in your fitness journey. I feel as though I’ve really found my home at btone and the community of class attendees and instructors keep me coming back for more each week. I can’t wait to continue hitting milestones at btone and finding out just how toned I can get from embracing that shake.

BTone has become a happy place for me in the city of Hartford. It has the best machines. They are in perfect condition, are so easy to adjust, and are comfortable and reliable. So many things set BTone apart from other places. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and bright. The instructors are a diverse group of women, which is exciting and refreshing and their teaching is excellent and consistent. I am always amazed at how they remember names and give very specific feedback. They have a lot of class times, so it isn't hard to get a class in 7 days a week. Another special thing about BTone is that they have a wide repertoire of exercises. Every class I have been to includes exercises I am familiar with and trying to master, and at least one new one I haven't seen before. Most exercises have modifications and challenges that can be utilized as well, making them accessible to all, so you won't get bored or plateau. I have made progress and I'm looking forward to seeing how far I can go. It's obvious when you attend the hard work they put in to building a community.
