I saw their ad for the early bird special so we decided to give it a try. It looked like fine dining and my wife and I have been on plenty of cruises with upgraded dining so know what is top notch. This was not top notch dining and yes I know this is Hernando County in Florida so the standard is different. This is a restaurant that thinks they have fine dining but they are a long way from it. The food was very ordinary. The service was good and the atmosphere wasn’t too bad. They do have an innovative reservation system on line.

The best place to eat for any time of the day. The waitress Danielle and Katie are attentive to your needs. Both go above and beyond. I have eaten here as you see below and not had one bad dish. The Cuban I do not have a picture of or the sunny delight but every dish has been 5 stars. I asked them to turn down the patio music and they did. This is our weekend to go to place.

Very nice hidden gem!!! Get here early or make reservations before hand because the place fills up quickly. Food is great!!! I had the stuffed prime pork chop and it was amazing!! The pork chop was juicy and tender, the stuffing was delicious. Whole little pieces of sausage mix with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese, YUM!!!! Amy our waitress was also amazing, polite and friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice breeze on the water and saw a variety of turtles, fish and a couple alligators!!

First time here and wasn’t disappointed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Every dish was plated gorgeously. I always appreciate a beautiful presentation of food. This would definitely be a cute spot for a quiet nice date night dinner. They have nice outdoor seating front and outback water side (weather permitting).

We stopped by today to check this place out after hearing so much about it and it definitely did not disappoint. I had the "special" which was a Crusted American Red Snapper over a Pea and Yellow Squash Risotto and finished my meal with the Creme Brulé. My wife had the Olive Oil pan seared 10oz Sirloin with baked potatoes and green snap peas. The food was cooked perfectly. ?The server as well as the rest of the staff were very nice. The food and the service is top notch but the restaurant didn't match the class of food. The seat wasn't the most comfortable and the tables were wrapped in paper. It just wasn't a match for the excellent food and professional staff. All this said I still have to land on a solid 5☆ and we will definitely be adding this to a place we will be going back to. It was our first time visiting and from the moment we walked in, we had a warm welcome and Katie our server was super friendly and professional, she explained all of the specials and we decided to order the three course, early bird dinner and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh, we had two appetizers, coconut shrimp and the plantains / tostones with fresh crab meat, and it was phenomenal!!
We also had a spring mix salad with a homemade vinaigrette, but you have an option to order soup as well, and we had the Cuban toasted bread before the third course, which was seared Salmon and seasoned perfectly and it was the best I’ve ever had.
Hats off to the Chef!!
We also ordered two desserts, fried cheesecake and the Cuban style bread pudding and it was so decadent with bursting flavors!!
We highly recommend Brian‘s Place and we are definitely coming back for brunch on the weekends and this is my new favorite restaurant in Hernando Beach! ?
(I recommend just making a reservation because they do get very busy).

My son brought me here for lunch. We ate out on the patio and the atmosphere here is unmatched. I enjoyed the unique Spanish & Italian fusion cuisine.
