For being called "Bowlero", bowling feels like an after thought here. For those who require a house ball to play (probably most people), there are minimal balls available. In particular, those who need a heavier weighted ball, with larger finger holes (probably a good amount of men), those balls are non-existent. In addition, the air on the ball return machines doesn't work on a good chunk of lanes. When asked about this the answer was "it either works or it doesn't; we aren't sure why". So you aren't going to bother to fix this ever? Cool. If you are a sweaty-handed person, you're out of luck.

In addition, the employees here had off-putting energy across the board. Frequently ignoring customers, employees CONSTANTLY interrupting each other when with a customer, (and not even apologizing for it!), and at some points just plain rude.

If you also care about your bowling shoes, the floors here were VERY dirty. Disappointing.

I cannot speak to the other amenities/food and drink offered at this place as I didn't use/order them. But, if you're specifically looking to bowl, I would pick somewhere else as the vibes and atmosphere here need improving.

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, this place is deplorable. The floors are sticky, there’s a ton of mold and this company gives zero care about these conditions. Stepping into this place, you’d be nuts to come without some kind of respirator. I’m truly sorry for anyone who is so unfortunate as to walk these sordid floors. Not to mention all the FRUIT FLIES. They have more flies than people actually bowling at this point. 🤢

The most disconcerting thing, however, was what I witnessed there as a patron this last time. I saw one of your managers belittling and screaming at one of your employees for ALL THE WORLD to see. Myself and other patrons and employees uncomfortably saw it all unfolding. And quite obviously if he has zero qualms about committing these acts for all to see, he clearly has done this before to other employees. UNBELIEVABLE! Your manager wasn’t even treating this poor guy like a human.

Is this how Bowlero “values” their employees? Making them work in conditions that would make someone from OSHA gag? Screaming and yelling and treating employees like garbage for all your patrons and other employees to see?

It’s clear Bowlero is more concerned with cutting corners, saving money and choosing to view their hardworking team as nothing more than worker ants they can choose to squash at a moment’s fancy.

This place should be investigated for health/sanitation issues but also for the egregiously horrifying manner in which they’re treating employees.

Look, Bowlero St. Peter’s, I know you have to take a break from your regime to read this review…just know you’re not fooling anyone and eventually you’ll have to answer to and actually fix your problems. You guys make me sick! Or maybe the sickness is from the spores filling the air in that place. It’s made your management team lose their mind. 🤷‍♀️

I recently led a bowling small group here, at Bowlero, for our church! This is one of the nicest bowling alleys around in St. Charles county that I know of! The staff was always accommodating and very friendly to us! We were able to use one of the private party rooms, which was quiet and really nice to meet in, before bowling as well!

The chef, Adrian , was AWESOME!!! He's a very friendly guy, and he always had a smile on his face! He keeps a clean kitchen, and he always went above and beyond for us no matter what! He delivers good quality food, that was always brought out to us quickly, and tasted delicious as well! We were very satisfied with the food, service, and friendship that we made with Adrian!

I want to thank Bowlero, Adrian, and ALL the staff for their generosity and kindness towards us! I highly recommend this facility for any and all your needs, when leading a group or throwing a party! May GOD bless this business, and ALL it's staff!

We had a corporate holiday party there. Food wasn't nearly as good as in past years. The Mac 'n cheese the noodles were more like paste instead of noodles. Fake cheese had zero flavor. The green beans were over cooked also. The potatoes were pretty good though. I had the ham it was a little dry. Didnt try the turkey because there was no gravy to smother it with.

It’s always busy but I take that as a good sign, everything is usually clean. Food take a while to come out but it’s pretty good. Great venue for events

This place has really gone downhill. The prices are ridiculous. The wait time just to get checked out is ridiculous. The place is filthy. The touch screens in the bowling areas are broken. No one wants to come and wait on you, so you have to hunt someone down to get a drink. No balls to be found. The only positive is the good time we had in the arcade, but there were dishes and trash everywhere. Overall, I'm not impressed with the place.

Really cool place to have a company party! Everything was wonderful, with one exception...the bartender. They could not have put a more surly, unfriendly individual behind the bar that day. Other than that, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Our attendees had a wonderful time and LOVED the chicken tenders. There is a lot to do here and the keep the music at the perfect volume where you can actually talk to the people around you without having to yell. I look forward to going back to Bowlero!
