We went to bowlero Deer Park over the weekend and we had Matt B at the front counter. He was super nice! He was attentive & was cracking jokes with us. Love to bowl there & we are definitely going to go back to see him next time as well!

Had a wonderful time at the Deer Park Bowlero center over the weekend. The bowling was amazing! But in addition the staff and manager Chris were so helpful, polite and knowledgeable it really made the day an awesome experience! We will definitely be back!

I went to Bowlero with a friend expecting a fun night of bowling, but instead, we got treated like an inconvenience by the staff. A short white male with glasses, who was working there, had a terrible attitude every time we asked for help. He acted like we were bothering him for simply asking for what we paid for, giving us disgusted looks and complaining instead of just doing his job.

The worst part? He nearly refused to give us our full bowling time, as if he had the right to short us on something we already paid for. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is the kind of service Bowlero allows, I won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

I recently had an incredible experience at Bowlero, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The lanes were well-maintained, and the equipment was in excellent condition.

A special shoutout to Chris, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience.

Whether you’re a seasoned bowler or a first-timer, this alley has something for everyone. I can't wait to come back for more fun! Highly recommend!

We had a company holiday party there. My time frame was not conducive to their hours. So they let us organize a party and come in 3 hours before they normally open. They set up a buffet and a holiday table that was just wonderful and the two staff women were phenomenal. They had a drink ticket option and the bowling and shoes were included. It was a very successful day and the price was right. Everything was spot on. Thank you, Bowlero Deer Park!!!
