Came in with my family and everyone was so nice. Rob let me know about the specials that may work for my family. Kids and adults are welcome. Fun for the whole family. Will definitely be back.

Pros: Clean, lanes in good shape, shoes in good shape, fun arcade, food is decent!
Cons: REALLY REALLY expensive. We had a holiday family get together, 8 people, and it was over $400, for 2 hours of bowling, 2 lanes. This did include food.. but still. They encourage online reservations, but that adds a service fee of about another $30. Food is not bad, but again expensive and they prohibit outside food. Not a great selection of bowling ball weights. Also a couple of odd things: food counter staff told me they were out of the app sampler--but then my friend ordered it about 30 min later, no problems. Food took a LONG time to come out.. like 30 to 40 minutes after ordering-- it was just pizza and fries. And lastly, watch your charges.. we were charged for shoes we didn't rent, and we called to request a look back and refund, but we never heard back. The arcade is fun, but you have to pay extra for the plastic card to load money on for playing games... and then of course any money left on the card, they keep and more plastic garbage with the cards. Overall a nice place, I would go back again, but won't reserve online, won't take a large party, have drinks only, and carefully watch those charges.

Great bowling alley! I attended my friend's birthday party there and it was a nice, clean facility that had a great game room and plenty lanes.
They had good rates and a really good kitchen and bar. The manage, Rod, had excellent customer service and made everyone feel welcome. They even said happy birthday to everyone celebrating birthdays over the intercom.

The only thing that needs improvement is a bigger variety of bowling balls of different sizes and weights. Some of us couldn't find the proper size balls to use. I'm certain that's why I didn't beat everyone on my lane.🤣

I gave two stars because the facility was nice and everyone was pleasant except one employee. He seemed flustered but it was a Saturday when we visited and I counted at least four reserved birthday parties. All the other employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was blah-but it was expected. The place was clean. But this one guy messed up the experience. Multiple people even from other parties were turned off by his attitude. I mean these are kids’ parties, I don’t work at Bowlero therefore I asked questions. I didn’t like his demeanor. I asked the man three questions at separate times. Two of the three times, he shook his head or pointed as his response to me. He was rude. I don’t appreciate bad customer service, you’re at work, at the job you applied for and the job you get your checks from. Be pleasant. It’s that simple.

We went to bowl everything was nice. Had a little bit of fun in the arcade game area. Good for a family night out. Went on a week day so it was a little slow. We got a good deal on the bowl and play passes we got. My Husband and I won a few little prizes to take home. We played about 6 games each in the arcade and bowled 🎳 two games.

I really enjoyed my time at this bowling alley! It was clean, spacious, and the bowling balls were labelled and sorted by weight which made things very efficient. They have a bowling league here so half of the lanes were taken up by that but that still left plenty of space for people who were coming in just to bowl for fun.

Great for a night out with friends or family!

This is a very nice bowling alley! It has a great arcade area and all the lanes come with your own personal lane attendant that gets you drinks and food and whatever. David was our attendant today and he’s literally the best! 10/10 would recommend 🤩🥳
