Bit disappointed because I love coming to Bora Bora but I notice at times when I come there’s very little clean tables. This last visit it took 30 minutes for my crepe order to be ready and it was not busy. I had to move around from a few tables because some were sticky, had trash on them, etc. (from what I was able to see about 7 tables were dirty) I was at the cafe for about an hour and I noticed not once did any worker clean up the tables. If you’re understaffed it’s still the responsibility of the establishment to have workers complete their tasks. It shouldn’t stop the establishment from being clean. If the outside is dirty, I don’t want to imagine how the kitchen is… so my feedback would just be to maintain a clean environment. I took a few pictures of what I found near the section I was sitting in.
Overall the food is good, don’t get me wrong. I do recommend their menu. However, I am disappointed on seeing repeatedly that there is a mess.

Very very good best service I have ever experienced and the staff are absolutely fantastic. This was the best meal I have had in a while. The smoothies are impeccable and the decor is to die for. It’s a great place to come with family and friends. Or just by your self for a quick drink.

I wanted a quick snack before work, big mistake!!! I ordered 2 chocolate covered strawberries, 2 Dubai chocolates, and 2 lychee refreshers…. No reason that should have taken me over 30 minutes waiting for my order. After 25 minutes I get called to the front to get told they don’t have Dubai chocolate so that they’ll issue me a refund… ok why didn’t they tell me that right away? I saw my strawberries made fast they were sitting there the entire time waiting for the refreshers to be made. When I asked how long it’ll take the girl up front told me 3 minutes, but why has it been 9,34 30 minutes that I’m waiting I was going to make a TikTok of this place but I don’t recommend the service. Only go if you have an hour to waste.

A hour wait for coffee, a bar of chocolate, a smoothie and strawberries covered in chocolate. All orders for paying customers were ready and employees did not call out the order. Not worth it.

wow! what a lovely place!! everything about it was great; the service, the drink I ordered, and the environment! Prices are a little high, but based off the quality of both the ingredients and the cleanliness of the store it does not bother me one bit! The colors and decor are so relaxing! will definitely be returning regularly!!

The kindest people ever! One of our drinks was missing, and they immediately remade it for us without any hesitation. It happened to be my birthday, and they went above and beyond by not charging us for the cake. They even played music, making the celebration feel extra special. Before we left, they surprised us with two free ice creams. I’ll definitely be coming back with my friends and family. Thank you all for making this such an unforgettable experience!
