Somehow the food and service continues to get worse. Last night was terrible. Customers cant use the restroom. Too busy talking stories to give us our food that had been bagged and sitting for 15 minutes and was cold when we finally got it to dine in. I cant wait till this place closes so something else can take its place.

I'm sorry but I don't know what happened to this place it used to be good but the past couple years its become absolutely disgusting. I spent $25 this morning and every single thing was inedible. The grilled tuna was completely saturated in oil.. like I could taste the pan or flat top it was grilled on, and the sandwich just leaked oil. The fries were old and stale. I ordered a spam breakfast plate like we always do.. an the slices of spam were not even like 2mm thin.. like come on. Your prices go up.. an you skimp on the food. Even the chili which is normally always good, was flavorless and the bowl was barely half full. I try my best to support the local businesses in the area so they stay here but honestly, after getting the food I got today, I dont even know how or why this place is still open. Maybe just stay open for slush floats, that's the only thing that's normally so good, thats if the machine is working. I felt totally robbed and will not be spending anymore money here after years and years of being a patron. Much better off going next door and ordering for the True Value Deli!!!! I will say though the girl who took my order over the phone, Justina or something close to that (sorry) was great. Super personable and just ready to take my order, this was no fault of hers. She was very pleasant and did her job well. This place needs some quality control if you expect people to pay the prices that you are asking.

Horrible service. The complained while making our food. They didn’t use gloves. They didn’t give us katsu sauce for our chicken or tartar sauce for our shrimp. We ordered Korean cheese corn and they gave us fried chicken. Do not order from here. It’s not worth it.

After being assured my burger would have no pickles on it, I waited almost 30 minutes and then got this sad looking burger covered with..pickle relish. The (only) 3 other customers before me also had to wait almost 25 minutes; the place was not busy at all. And the soggy fries came with an announcement of "sorry we ran out of ketchup." (?!?!) It was an absolute epic fail, I will NEVER go back and I cannot recommend this place to anybody unless you like waiting a ridiculously long time to be disappointed.

I am giving 3 stars because of their really nice customer service. I am a chef; of 25 years. I am a perfectionist in the kitchen. I make sure that when my food goes out, if it doesn't look like I would eat it, it doesn't go out. My flavors are on point. I care about every single plate that goes out to my customers. I cook with my heart. It's not just a job for me. It's my passion. With that said...

I like to give restaurants a chance and I like to make my own decisions after reading reviews when I decide to dine there. Also, I was starving and thought 'How bad could it be?' Save yourself the hassle, believe the reviews. To the "1-star chicken katsu" review person, you are correct. I wish I would have listened haha Katsu was undercooked and then refried , after they already cut it into pieces, rubbery and greasy. It had potential though. The flavor was almost there. The rice was perfect and the mac salad had good flavor. Pasta was perfectly cooked and it was well seasoned.

My friend got the Chinese/Asian ahi salad. For $11. The ahi was about 1/4 inch thick, 2 pieces. Grilled, or pan seared, well done, but not dry. No flavor. Napa cabbage, and those Chinese wonton sticks. The round ones that you get on the salad buffet at some places for crunch. I don't even know what they're called. We used to call them "fried worms" when we were kids. The dressing came on the side, which was oil salt and pepper and a splash of vinegar? Seriously tasted like straight up oil.

When he complained about the salad, they were very nice about it and gave him a refund. No offense taken, asked what was wrong with it, and did their best to fix the problem.
I would give 5 stars just for the customer service. But the food was just terrible. I'm sorry. I don't like to give bad reviews, but this one takes the cake of honestly almost the worst food I've had, given the presentation, lack of flavor and lack of ingredients.

Don't get the burger. That was the worst burger I've ever had. It wasn't a whole patty. It was more like a few pieces of hard crusty meat that tasted disgusting. Way over cooked.

Grilled cheese is okay. It's bread and cheese hard to mess that up. Chili isn't that good. Sort of taste like it came from a can.

However took 50mins for a hamburger and saimin.
Staff not well trained enough for fast foods.
