I’m sooo happy Black By Demand is at the station now! The coffee is amazing! The spicy maple latte is FABULOUS. My husband loved his cinnamon tea and we both had pumpkin donuts which were so fresh and delish. Tiera, the owner, is not only super friendly, quick to laugh, and really speedy with her service, but is also getting involved in helping out Norwalk’s young people. This is the kind of owner-operated business that we need more and more and more of!

Great coffee and pastries. Expensive for some drinks...large iced oatmilk latte was $7+. Sometimes closed without notice, no sign posted or on the website. Disappointing if you can't get your coffee before getting on your long train commute. How about a coffee vending machine at the station?

When I commente into New York City from the South Norwalk train station I love grabbing a coffee and muffin from Black by Demand Specialty Coffee shop which is conveniently located inside the train station. They have great coffee and some of the best muffins I've ever had. The owner is super nice and friendly and it's always a pleasure speaking with her. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

I am a student that goes to the South Norwalk Trainstation. This place has great breakfast options along with great prices. Also service is great, very nice lady! Hours are 5:45 AM - 11:00 AM.
