Had to come check this place out for lunch since we share a name. The staff was lovely and the food was great. The house coffee was really good and the atmosphere is very cute.

This is a quaint & quiet little place with a nice atmosphere & delicious food. The service was excellent. The coffee wasn’t the best, but everything else was great. We’ll stop again when traveling through Clinton.

Beautifully decorated with a warm glow. Coffee was very good! Friendly and efficient staff. They are located in the largest town square in Missouri.

I'm from out of town. Asked some folks where I should eat and all said Ben Franklin Bistro on the Square. Quaint little bistro in an old historic building. I had The Thin Blue Line burger with homemade pasta salad. Great flavor in both items. The waitress was awesome in helping with her recommendations. Highly recommend if you're in Clinton, MO.

Like stepping back in time to much simpler days. this is the cutest little bistro I've ever seen. Not a very large breakfast selection however, what they have is great. They have great selection for lunch including a huge variety of sandwiches. The bistro is also a cute little antique shop. The service is great, staff very friendly and welcoming. Would have given 5 stars if they were a little more able to cater to gluten free needs. Not the idea restaurant for gluten allergies.

This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for an upgrade to a casual dining breakfast or lunch experience. Pictured is the Queen Kamehameha sandwich (granny smith apple slices, honey cream cheese, and turkey) and homemade pasta salad, which was absolutely delicious. Not pictured is the slice of homemade peanut butter pie because I ate it before I thought to get my phone out. 😅 My husband got a Reuben sandwich with a side of chips and a slice of 4 layered lemon cake. I kept thinking to myself that I'd ask for a box to take half of it home, but before I knew it, my plate was empty! The decorations are really nice and the tables aren't so crammed together that you can hear everyone's conversations (which may be a drawback...I don't know). The service was also wonderful. Our server had a bright smile on her face. We are looking forward to visiting again and trying some other menu items!

Stopped here for lunch as my group biked the Katy Trail. Right on the square, it’s near the other sights and shops you like plan to stop. Named after the old Ben Franklin Store in which it’s now located, this cafe has a cute, country vibe, cozy wooden atmosphere, and vintage feel. The food was delicious, and higher quality than what you’ll find in most towns along the trail. Staff was friendly, too.
