I recently visited Beaches Boardwalk Cafe and decided to share our experience. We split a club sandwich with french fries. While we enjoyed the hot food, the service left much to be desired. The sandwich was delicious and the fries were crispy, but it took an unusually long time for our order to arrive at the table. If you're in the mood for a leisurely meal with good food, you might still give it a try. However, if you're pressed for time, this might not be the best option.

WAITED 10 MINUTES, was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED & TOLD I COULDN'T ORDER AT THE BAR. I just sat at a high table and wanted to order some beers before a flight. I sat there for 10 minutes, and no one came up to take my order. They have the option to scan and place your order, which I did, but it said that the service was not currently working at this time. I walked up to the bar to order, and the lady told me I had to be sitting somewhere. I told her I was sitting at a high top, and I've been there for about 10 minutes, and no one had come to take my order. The bartender asked a server who had that area, and they mentioned a name, which means nothing to me because obviously that person hasn't come to take my order yet. Me and my party ended up walking away because it was a fight to try and order a beer. So I'll just order one on the plane.

Sad... that's is the only word that is acceptable for this. I arrived at thr Airport 2 hours in advance to get through TSA and eat. I ordered a beer and fish tacos. The young women decides to cash me out using "cash" then proceeds to ask if I'm paying with cash or card because of her mistake. I continue to wait for my food to come out and 45 minutes later no food. As I'm waiting there response is "sorry". Really sorry?! Sorry for a mistake (yes we all make) and it not being busy? But now I have to eat gummy bears and other junk. But wait you still want me to pay for the beer? Pathetic. While others look around your staff has no idea what's going on and leans against the wall, while playing on their phones. But hey thanks okay as a shift manager or manager. We'll see if I even get a response from them

Over priced for what you get even considering the airport location. Order the tacos for $19.99. Tacos had very small pieces of fish… not worth $19.99. Would have had better value with a fish sandwich from BK. Food tasted good, but not worth the money. Service was quick and friendly.

Super busy today but our server Andrea was great! She was attentive and did a great job! We always stop here on our way home, but I have never seen it as busy as today! Great job Andrea and thanks!!

Do not go here for breakfast! The food is disappointing and nasty. We got the Big Kaunua breakfast, it was scrambled eggs, a small piece of nasty toast absolutely SMOTHERED in grease, French fries (not home fries) and they gave me bacon when I asked for sausage. My boyfriend got a breakfast panini that came with no cheese and honestly looked like a 4th grader made it. The Bloody Mary was $20 by the way, and it was mid. Didn’t finish it. Just a horribly disappointing place. Maybe try the bagel place across from it, or just stick to Starbucks.

While you'd expect an airport to have places that are worn and showing their wear I don't expect the qty of dirt and grime in food areas and the bar. Got unlucky enough to sit next to the bar trash cans too. Which stunk. No way they clean like they are supposed to.

I do think this is the best sit down option in Terminal B, however that doesn’t say much in my opinion. The nachos tasted good, but the topping to chip ratio is way off. Most chips were soggy, and by the end we had no chips and tons of toppings sitting on the plate. Too expensive for what it is, a beer, a cocktail, and nachos were over $60 and we still needed to get dinner somewhere else. We were there at a very slow time in the airport, so the place was mostly empty and we had no problems with the service.
