I came back to the Cape area for the holidays and needed a place to workout for a week. I usually go to my old stomping grounds when home, but through social media and family, heard about Be Chosen Fitness and thought I'd give them a shot. I was absolutely blown away! This gym has so much to offer! They have tons of equipment, weights, bands, boxing equipment, flex space and even some specialty peices like a pendulum squat & PitShark. The gym was clean & organized everytime I went in (Tough to accomplish over the holidays), and while this is incredibly reflective of the staffs efforts, it also shows in the community they've built with their members.Simply put, the members take pride in their equipment & space. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and while I worked out, I observed the trainers taking excellent care of their clients. I cannot speak highly enough about Be Chosen Fitness, Lane, Kweku, Future, and everyone else involved. When I'm back in town, I'll defiinitely be coming back! You've got a "guest member" for life.

Kweku and the Be Chosen crew are just amazing. This summer I asked if they had boxing for kids. At the time they didn’t but quickly Kweku gathered a few kids and just like that my kids had a place to learn boxing and hard work and all from a wonderful team. I can’t say enough about how lucky we are as a community to have such loving and giving people as the Be Chosen crew.

One of the best decisions I’ve made for my physical and mental health is choosing Be Chosen Academy. I’ve had a gym membership for about five years, and if you’re like me, you don’t have time to fight over machines and come up with your own workout plan. The trainers and staff at Be Chosen are friendly and helpful. Be Chosen is a comfortable environment, and the gym is clean. I have met so many wonderful people and created friendships through the group workouts. I honestly look forward to coming to the gym. The workouts are always different and they’re 45 minutes. If you want to see results, I highly recommend giving Be Chosen Academy a shot. It’s a life changing gym experience!

the staff was friendly and the owner she was pretty helpful and understanding. I appreciate her giving me the tour and letting me workout there. It's a neat gym and different. Whoever see the review go give it try and get tour you won't regret it.

Be Chosen has the best gym environments I’ve ever been apart of. The employees truly care about each and every person that walks through that door. They push you in every workout to be the best version of yourself and do a great job of establishing a judgement free zone. Be Chosen is my home away from home!
