It's an ok movie theater. Seats need cleaned, pop corn should be fresh. Can we. Please move away from these bags I can't add anything to my popcorn due to not being able to shake it. I don't want all my stuff at the very top

Me and my Grandbabies went to see sonic the hedgehog this past Friday and it was Excellent…. We really enjoy the movie. We enjoyed the space huge seats…. The popcorn and drinks and candy were very fresh….. I have not been to the theater in over two years…. But I’m going to start going more often…. The staff was very courteous… We really enjoying our theater experience….

My family and I decided to go see wicked tonight at BB in harrisonville. We were so excited to finally get to see the movie. Unfortunately our experience was the worst movie experience we have had. To start the doors were left open, so we could hear everyone at the concession stands and in the hallways. Second the sound, I was lucky to see it at amc last week however the other 3 members of my family hadn’t yet. The sound was worse than a bootleg movie. Zero bass, zero surround sound. One speaker working, couldn’t hear anything and it ruined the whole experience. Asked for my money back 10 minutes in and was denied. Disgusted at the price we paid to see something I could have watched on a bootleg site with better quality.

I went to see a movie at 7pm...was a 2hour19 min show plus doubled trailers and ads...I paid $28+ and was alone.Thinking would be a peaceful experience without my phone and was by myself...
As I finished the movie and went to exit, ALL STAFF WAS GONE and I WAS LOCKED INSIDE!!! Had to crawl under the gate to get to the mall area, where I was LOCKED INSIDE the mall...I had no phone. I found an alarm panel and set off the building alarm and thankful First Responders where able to assist getting me out! I emailed B&B and they finally emailed me back for apology and to send me 2 tickets...NEVER HAPPENED!UNACCEPTABLE!!! Plenty of other places who actually care about their patrons coming back! I have for the last month, warned everyone I talk to!

Cancelled our showing of Beetlejuice because we were the only two in the theater (they actually said this), told us we could come back and watch the next showing in an hour, but offered absolutely no compensation for our inconvenience. Nor did they care. We contacted the corporate office to voice our opinion, they ignored two different emails. Bad business.

I stopped going before covid because I kept getting coughers intruppting the movie. Saw some movies in 2024 over the summer and went the second weekend less crowded less noise. Popcorn could be fresher that's my only complaint other then remodeling again it needs it bad people treat thing's horribly. Restrooms could be cleaner.

They were out of almost every soda and then the kid hands me a baby cup when we said we would take water, but the lady behind us gets a bigger water cup than what we got. Gladiator 2 was pretty good though

They were out of popcorn buckets, Large popcorn bags, several of the drinks (they didn't tell us about the drinks and I bought a large combo). They started cleaning the popcorn machine before the end of the movie so when I went to get a refill I couldn't. The movie, the sound, and the seats were good, but I can have that at home. I go to the theatre for the experience and it was not great.
