First time here, but I’ve followed on social media for a while. The pictures are true to the place! It’s spotless, everyone was super friendly, so many tvs to watch all the March Madness games and the food was sooooo good (and so reasonably priced). I was always wondering what the place would be like given the location- just feels like a bar/restaurant! Come check it out!

Not sure how this place has 4.6 star review. Where do I even start? First of the amount of teenagers running around fighting with the cleaning bottles and brooms, cussing, and being just plain obnoxious was awful. They had a band playing in the main dining area. It was so loud you couldn't even have a conversation with the people at your table. We moved to the other dining area. It was so hot and smokey in there I couldn't even enjoy my dinner I packed it to go. The server walking around drinking her own beer vs tending to patrons was over the top. The burgers my table order were supposed to be medium, needless to say the cooked the life, flavor, and juice right out of them. I don't even need to bother reviewing the rest of the food as it wasn't worthy of a review. Go elsewhere.

Group of Hockey coaches crashed this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Food was top-notch. Service was great and the manager came over a couple of time to check on us. Very pleased with food and service! GREAT JOB!

This is really a hidden gem. Tucked inside an office park off of Lindbergh, the entire bar sits above a hockey rink, where parents can watch their kids while they enjoy a beverage! The food is really good and there's also live entertainment on weekends. They recently participated in an Inside The Real St. Louis episode called "Fun Bars In South County." Google "Inside The Real St. Louis Fun Bars In South County," to find it!

Owners and managers please take note: Hockey parents are probably well over 50% of your business. If we arrive to dump off our kids for practice and still happen to be drinking a coffee we had before arriving but intend to finish it and then buy food/drinks at your business… please don’t be nasty and rude to us. Your business would not survive without our patronage.

It is alot of hockey people there, like kids goes there to practice and play games, then they get hungry with their parents and friend, big place upstairs. Really, really good food

Went to bar down sports bar for the first time last week. I dig the commitment to the local hockey community and the food and service was top notch. The wings and the pizza were very good. I had the chance to speak to one of the owners while I was there and she couldn’t have been nicer. Not only do they have the bar and restaurant experience they are also part of the local hockey community which makes this all that much more genuine. I would definitely encourage you to give them a shot. We will be back!!

The food options were great and tasty. Service was friendly. Plenty of seating so you can watch TV if you choose. Everything was clean. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. If you are there for the hockey rink, be sure to go upstairs. We just went for dinner and it was good.
