I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. I ordered a philly combo with specific instructions to exclude both onions and peppers, and this request was clearly noted on the receipt. Unfortunately, when I got home, it still contained both onions and peppers.

I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, (Bobby) but I was informed in a very disrespectful manner and tone that no compensation would be offered, despite the error being clearly on your end. As a customer who followed the proper ordering procedure, I found this response to be unsatisfactory and not in line with the level of service I would expect.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but when they do, I believe it is important to address them professionally and appropriately. A resolution, whether through a replacement or form of compensation for the Philly, would have gone a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was left feeling disregarded, disrespected and disappointed. I honestly want to return with the police.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make efforts to improve communication and responsiveness to customer concerns in future.

I went for the deep fried Philly cheese steak. It was everything I expected because I had it before. Absolutely tasty, greasy and delicious. The saucy French fries were
delicious,they have different french fry styles. Alot to choose from but this is my go to sandwich at this establishment. a good tasty meal.

I’ve ate from here before never had this issue . I’m not sure what was the problem today but I literally was eating my food & something was moving and it didn’t look like beef lol , I looked closer and it was definitely a bug. It was a literal bug in my food & they were literally not trying to give me my money back . Talking about “ store credit “ why would I want to eat from here again after this ?

Awesome, I had a Mediterranean chicken pita ,Then ended up by ordering food for the whole family, tasted one the tase was in beatable, very friendly crew , will go again to try other menu items . Baby’s rocks. Highly recommended.

I used to eat here all the time and since 2023 their food has been different and terrible. I’ve been twice this year for egg rolls that were not fully fried . There fries are never fully cooked and when I complained and told him I was home already.. he told me to come get another fry… I wanted my money back because both orders were not fully cooked. Also prices way too high

I went to get a cheese steak drove home opened it up and found a hair on the sandwich. I went back to get a refund and they told me No Refunds . They could just remake it. Why would I want another sandwich or anything from them after finding hair in my food . The two employees refused to give me a refund and told me to see the manager tomorrow so I’m gonna come back in the morning and see if they’ll give me a refund. There’s no morality or integrity displayed in the restaurant. I’ll keep you updated after tomorrow. UPDATE: Did not receive a refund owner would not present themselves..
