Me and my family had such a great time there. We loved the food and loved the experience. I definitely recommend this place. It also has go cart racing, an arcade, and a VR station.

Worst possible people working here. The attendant working the bowling desk will not even look up while I’m asking a question. It’s a great facility. Unfortunately, they don’t stress the importance of good customer service from their employees.

I was planning a big 10th birthday party for my son and I was calling around to inquire about a bowling party. I started calling and emailing Grand Prix in Mount Kisco in March. Nobody ever called me back after many many messages no one ever answered my emails. Finally only by luck did I happen to get an event coordinator on the phone one day. I went over all the details with him and he was supposed to get back to me that week with packages and any possible discounts, well needless to say I never heard from him. So now comes the end of April and still haven’t heard anything from anyone from the company. I ended up booking with White Plains bowl. This is bad business at its best. Unprofessional, bad customer service, and just downright frustrating for the customer

Would be alright if you were bowling for fun but if you are taking the game even a little bit seriously it’s awful, the lanes are definitely not 60 feet, there is no oil, the lane itself is not wood it’s vinyl, it cracked my ball pretty bad so yea, don’t recommend

The wings weren't sauced.
Had to wait 60 minutes for a pizza.
Had to wait 65 minutes for 6 onion rings.
Both after hunting down a manager and waitress.

The service is awful.

You have to hunt down your own: Napkins, Plates, and cups. Ya know, the luxuries.

We just had my daughters birthday at Spins. It was awesome!!! The facility was amazing! The entire time we were there, they had someone walking around wiping down the arcade games and touch points!! It was so great to see my daughter and her friends bowling and laughing, while feeling Covid precautions were being taking so seriously! I would highly recommend Spins!
