Went to Avalon last night, our first night in town for the barber expo! Felt like we were in a Vegas night club! Music was awesome! Drinks were on point! Everyone was dancing! We inquired about vip and the tables were very fairly priced! Absolutely nothing bad to say!

I recently visited Avalon Night Club and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rude staff and questionable practices that left a sour taste in my mouth.

Firstly, the club's insistence on scanning and storing my driver's license information felt invasive and unnecessary. While I understand the need for age verification, the manner in which it was done felt more like a violation of privacy than a standard procedure. It's unclear why they feel the need to retain this data and what they intend to do with it.

Once inside, I quickly realized that the drinks were subpar at best. Not only were they watered down, but the overall quality left much to be desired. For a venue that bills itself as a premier nightlife destination, this level of mediocrity is unacceptable.

Overall, my experience at Avalon Night Club was disappointing, to say the least. From the intrusive ID scanning to the lackluster service and amenities, it's clear that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of providing a satisfactory experience for its patrons. I would strongly advise against visiting this venue until they address these glaring issues. Save your time and money for a more deserving establishment.

I experienced the bottle girl and the bouncer being very rude to me and my friends. We stood in the same place the entire night and placed our jackets at the end of a chair. At that time no one was In the section . As the night progressed a small party stood in the section and enjoyed the night.a bottle girl approached us and asked us to move our jackets because as she said “people pay thousands to reserve the spaces” I never asked her the price or if it was VIP. There was no border or tape to distinguish between regular standing and VIP standing.. Only a few seconds after being asked as we are gathering our items , a security asked me to move away from where I was standing very aggressively. My friend and I are celebrating our birthday only to be treated like common criminals in a sea full of people we would party with any day. I can’t help but believe this was race motivated considering the manner in which we were treated . They told us we had to leave the club because we had our jackets on a sofa reserved for another party. We were unaware of their reservations as they arrived after us. The rudeness we endure on such a special occasion is more than disappointing. This is our last time spending. Any money in an establishment that treats us guilty of nothing, yet treated like a suspect or a perpetrator of harm.

My group and I had a fantastic night yesterday. I am in a similar line of business and was very impressed by how everything was ran. The waitresses, security, and other personnel were all incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all great night and we are looking forward to coming back in the future. Shoutout to Bilal and his team.

Went to Mohegan for a birthday celebration and decided to go to Avalon. I have epilepsy and heavy strobe light usage can exacerbate that. I asked the bouncer/security before we went in if there were heavy strobe lights and he said SPECIFICALLY that they had some flashing lights, but nothing crazy enough to cause a seizure. That was total bull and I lasted about 20 minutes before I had to leave because the strobes were so obnoxious. Obviously it’s a club, but I did specifically ask and the guy did assure me it would be fine. So just be mindful of that if you or someone in your party has a sensitivity to flashing lights.

The manger and the employees both are extremely rude. My friends and I got tickets to see the MGK aftershow and they claimed that we only got 3 tickets when we purchased 4. They then asked to see the receipts. Which i gave without hassle showing that i bought 4 tickets. Just for them to tell me there was nothing that they could do. When the manager came out he was very rude and told us to get back in line and wait again and if we didn’t like it to leave. I have never experienced such rudeness from a business before. They are completely unorganized and unprofessional.
