Comida típica de un sport bar, no fuera de lo común

We were in the area and decided to give this place a try. We were seated right away. The place was loud but expected. Took a bit for the waitress to come over. She was nice and friendly. We placed our orders and also placed a to go order. The food was OK. The shrimp were not the greatest. The ranch dressing was extremely watered down. The sweet potato fires were cold. The streak sandwich was good. The drinks were good but expensive for the size. Then came the waiting for the waitress to show back up. We asked for containers, and that took forever to get. I asked for the bill and noticed she never put the "to go" order in. Took about another 20 minutes for her to come back around so I could ask her to put it in. So after sitting about another 45 minutes to get everything settled, we were finally able to pay the bill. Oh, and BE AWARE, they charge extra if you're paying by card, so bring cash. This was not a great first impression.

Went to see The band that was playing here on a Saturday night with My Wife and friend. I had some Cheese Sticks and tried some of My Friends Fries, both were good. The soup on the other hand smelled way better than it tasted. I would go back for the live entertainment and I just won't get the Cream of Chicken Rice Soup. Lol!

Have been coming here for years and was good but has gone horribly downhill

Salmon was pale, dry and gritty. Kids burgers were black and like cardboard. And avocado wrap was bland cold and dry with one tiny tiny piece of Avocado.

I ordered naked wings and they brought breaded which was all dough and no meat.

While eating, they cleaned the bathroom and the bathroom cleaning scent was so strong that we left before finishing our meal.

We spoke to the manager and she said that she liked the smell, that the food is amazing and they never had any complaints. I asked her if the customer could possibly be right and she said that she runs the place, not the customers.

I guess this will be my last time here

So after we was seated, I watched 3 tables come in after us and all of them had there drinks served, food served, and bill sitting on the table by time we even got the chance to order our food. When I say I have never been more upset I brag on this place to everyone. I got more service from the guy whipping tables then the person serving us.
Btw when someone say light on the sour in a long inland please go light
