I went for a family bowling party. We had a good time bowling but there seemed to be technical issues with machinery as bowling balls got stuck a few times and four balls ended up getting eaten up by the machinery.

It was most important my family had a fun time. The older woman who was bartending I didn’t get her name but she had blue/greenish hair. Was the rudest bartender I ever met. I went back a few times to get drinks for my family and we all were met with an attitude and even though she already got my ID and put a wrist band on me she was giving me a very hard time getting more drinks. And when she was out of a drink we asked for she was very rude about it and didn’t make any suggestions of an alternative just glared at me with a dirty look on her face. And then she asked for my ID again and we clearly heard her ask again for my ID and once I took it out she gave me more attitude and said “No. I need your money!” Then I told her I wasn’t done ordering and she gave out a big sigh and acted if I was such an inconvenience to her just trying to order a couple drinks.

I went there to have fun with family and I’m happy for the time I spent with them. But with how the bartender treated us that is more than enough reason to deter people from going back.

Didn’t feel welcome here. Man eating at front desk, didn’t want to assist me. The man at the bar needs some help, was there for an hour and it took an hour to get our food. I will go again because I purchased a Groupon which was not valid for the day we went so I have to go back hopefully with better service .

Just by driving by you can see a moldy wall which gives an impression of a trashy place.
Improve the appearance to make it more attractive for people to even go there

Front desk was extremely rude, they tried overcharging us. Wouldn’t go back, and definetly don’t recommend.

Brought a large group of teens here for the 4th year in a row. We had a blast...again. They do such a good job of keeping things organized and running smoothly. Everyone had a great time, and we can not wait to go back.
