Very nice small town theatre. Ticket prices aren't bad and there is a senior discount. Tuesdays are bring your own bucket for popcorn and they fill it for 75 cents.

Amazing place, I've been there a bunch of Tim's and it's always so warm and welcoming, the owners are very nice and are fun to talk to. Prices on everything are nice and bring your own container day is very fun aswell!!

I witnessed one of the worker girls in a red t shirt and plain jean shorts and converse shoes sweep the floor then dump the sweep pail in the trash while touching it with both hands then put it down and went over to the popcorn machine and started serving popcorn to customers with out washing her hands or even putting gloves on. That's disgusting. Fix it.

Now, as a self-proclaimed popcorn connoisseur, and in the spirit of those wine sommeliers (you know, the folks who swirl and sniff wine with an air of sophistication), I must modestly assert that the Apollo Theater's popcorn is, without a doubt, the best in Illinois and Washington State. Of course, I say this with all due humility, but let's be honest - my popcorn palate is rarely wrong. So, keep your expectations in check, but be prepared for a nice surprise!

An overlooked gem and an incredible value - Date night for two with popcorn and drinks for around $20. That won't get you in the door at most moviehouses. Additionally, the popcorn machine is older than you are and turns out THE BEST popcorn around, hands down!

Best movie theater around. Locally owned and ran. Owners are always there welcoming movie goers. Also they have the BEST popcorn in the world.
