It's been nearly a month since I started my rebab at Aperion Care Bridgeport. I quickly came to realize how wonderful Aperion is. I was afraid to come because I did not know anyone here, but after a few therapy sessions I realized this was the perfect place for me. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and always supportive of my emotional well-being. I'm elated I chose Aperion over the others that were available. If you are looking for a place to do rehab, I highly recommend Aperion for your rehabilitation needs.

This place is awful 82 patients to 2 cnas and the nurses don't help with anything. If they ever do answer the call light they come and tell you what the patients wants or needs.

Unbelievably supportive and responsive staff. Everyone there works very hard to make each day a great day. Amazing nurses, CNAs, and administrative staff.

Also, dietary staff is absolutely amazing! They go above an beyond to insure everyone is getting what they not only need but also what they would like.

I am do proud of my current dietary staff who goes above and beyond. They are absolutely fantastic!!!

A Newly remodeled facility that looks fabulous! Daily Actives to keep Resident active. And they Recently added a New Therapy gym. They also have a memory care wing focusing on the best care and activities geared for your loved one with Dementia/Alzheimer’s etc..

Family oriented , clean, newly remolded facility with an addition of a new therapy gym. They have a full calendar of fun events for residents and staff. They provide transportation to appointments. Memory Care Hall. Very involved in the community with events!! Many long term staff with huge hearts!

This facility has the RUDEST customer service akills I have ever encountered. They are very unprofessional when talking to a family member. They only know one side of my relationship with my mother. Frankly their opinion of me doesnt matter and they arent really getting paid to voice their opinion to me! They obviously dont have the skills to be neutral when speaking to family. Connie the social worker and a nurse Shannon top the rude chart! Wonder what goes on behind the scenes with residents. Bet its not all smiles! I have worked in nursing homes since I was 15 years old AND NEVER would dream of giving the rudeness this place gives. Thats a good way of GETTING fired in a TOP 5 star FACILITY like
the ones I've worked in! I would give 0 stars if I could. Read their results of the state surveys. That tells it all!
