AMF Sonesta Lanes has always been a special place for our family, as my great grandma bowled here in a league for over 40 years. Recently, we gathered to celebrate her life after she passed away this year, and the experience was truly touching. The staff, especially Josh, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and heartfelt. They put her on the screen with us and gave her a perfect score so we could take pictures, which was incredibly thoughtful. Josh even took our family photo, capturing a moment we'll cherish forever. The service was outstanding, with Josh and the rest of the staff promptly bringing us drinks and food throughout our time there. Celebrating her life at AMF Sonesta Lanes was a beautiful tribute, and we are deeply grateful for the kindness and support from the entire team. Thank you for helping us honor her memory in such a special way.

My family and friends have our own family/friend “league” bowling most weeks. Management is always awesome and open to comments whether positive or negative. The staff is always friendly.
BTW please lower the shades at the end of the alley. The sun is always in my husband‘s eyes, and he can’t bowl strikes. ?

The lane had to be reset twice bc the pins got stuck. The pizza which is usually alright as far as bowling alley pizza goes, tasted like someone dumped a gallon of salt onto it. Otherwise a great time. The shoes were clean and the employees were kind. We went in the afternoon and there was no wait but it wasn't dead either. The vibe was positive and our kids had a great time. They prefer to use the ramp instead of bumpers.

Five of my friends and I went to the bowling alley on a Friday night and the experience was frustrating. There was no price listed for soda, so I had to wait in line just to find out. When I finally reached the front, both employees disappeared for about four minutes. I was also surprised to find they charged $5 for a soda. When I tried to get a refill to make the cost worth it, I had to wait seven minutes at the counter for someone to show up. I probably would have waited even longer if other customers hadn’t gone to the front desk to ask for help. Meanwhile, my friends were left waiting for me to return so we could continue our game during our limited two-hour reservation. On a busy Friday night, the place should have been better staffed, especially when customers are paying by the hour. For $31 per person, the bowling graphics were also outdated, with no fun animations in between. Overall, it didn’t feel like it was worth the price.

BE AWARE!!!!! Saturday 1:30 to 3:30. Bought a Groupon for 6 people, came out to $53 vrs $215. Place was pretty much empty, well maintained, lots of balls available, shoes where in good condition. DRINK situation, ordered three drinks. One can, all good it’s a can. A Tito’s and soda, and a berried alive lemonade. Well
Let me WARN you about the liquor. My wife felt that the drinks tasted like nothing but mixers. We mentioned it to them, but their answer was, that it’s on a autoamted pourer and it’s set to the measurement. My wife then ordered a shot to fortify her drink and WHAT DO YOU KNOW. THE LIQUOR WAS WATERED DOWN. She let the manager know and she said she would let her boss know. The manager replaced the shot from a new bottle and took care of it.

Got the summer pass to bowl 2 games a day this summer and finally got around to starting that. The team at the bowling center is great. Very friendly and helpful.

The alley itself is on the older side, but it still functions well and looks nice! I was so shocked the bumpers weren't automatic, but they got those up for my 3 year old as well with no issues.

Nothing but good things to say about this place so far. Happy to return all summer.
