Hosted a birthday party for my nephew here. The GM was new since our last visit and customer service was incredible. Happy, friendly, attentive staff. They sang to my nephew, wrote a handwritten card, and checked in on us constantly. I've been here several times over the years, but this is the first time it's been a special experience. This place deserves your patronage!

I can not express how satisfied we are with our visit today! We went around 4:30 and the GM Lewis, as well as all the other employees went above and beyond to take care of us! It was my son’s birthday and I’m telling ya the GM was so awesome, kind, thoughtful, and helpful… the list goes on! Wonderful facility and SOME really great staff!

John however was one of the most rude and entitled managers I’ve ever come across. I’ve worked in the service industry for 30+ years and I find it difficult to find quality treatment from the younger generation yet in this scenario they outshined the “manager/leader/advisor” in every single way!

We appreciate our veterans immensely as many of our family are Veterans including children!

We hope John finds the help he needs!

UPDATE: the fall pass doesn’t do much good if they rarely have open lanes. They just told me that only Saturday and Sunday have open lanes. Is that really true

We took our kiddos, 4 & 6 to bowl for the first time. Lewis was working at the desk and was incredibly nice. We used bumpers and a ramp for the kids and they had a fantastic time and asked when we could go back as we headed home in the car. I wanted a true old school bowling alley feel so they wouldn't be distracted by a huge arcade or or other flashy things. This place fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Fairly clean and organized, but very sporadic staff availability. We had 4 people stop us upon entering to tell us we couldn't bring in water bottles, but when we had a glitch in the lane it wanted to order water, there was no one around and we spent 10+ minutes looking for help.
