Worst management I've seen in my life. They treat you like you're nothing and everything is overpriced. As a league bowler, I am very disgusted at the way the manager, Alex, handles any and all situations. I've even gone as far as contacting corporate and they have yet to reply. Would give a 0-star rating if possible.

Horribly crappy service, manager tried to get over, she charged a group of 8 $237.01 AFTER we were done never said anything about price till after we were done about to leave and said it was 29.99 per person per game, kept changing her story lying and making up different prices and how many games we played first she said we played 49 games (in a matter of five hours) then changed it to 6 games. A very shady unprofessional establishment. Will never be going to this bowling alley EVER AGAIN! I would recommend any other bowling alley in Missouri than this one. Bowlers Beware.

If you're a casual bowler this place may be ok, but if you're a league bowler, forget it. The lanes are inconsistent and simply a mess. The lane machine is over 20 years old and management refuses to buy a new one. As a result the lane oil is all over the place and your ball has no consistent reaction and no amount of adjustments will fix it. They did get a "new" lane machine, a cast off from another ally that bought a new one, but they refuse to use it until the next season starts. As for management, forget that too, they hired a cast off restaurant manager that isn't qualified to work at McDonald's, let alone a bowling ally. Don't worry though, you'll probably never see him. I bowl on one of the biggest leagues at this place so you'd think he would be here. Think again. Aside from the fun of watching your average plummet at this house, you also get the privilege of having to constantly wipe black adhesive glue from the ball return off your ball as well as call up front and HOPE someone answers because your ball didn't come back. It would be a good idea to constantly check your score because the computerized scoring system doesn't always work. Then there are the pins themselves. Sometime you get a full rack, sometimes you don't. Sometimes the pins just fall over all by themselves. A couple weeks ago two of the lanes actually caught fire. The managements response, "That's not our fault." No, NOTHING is ever your fault. It's not a good place to try out a new ball either because it will come back to you scarred, scratched and gouged. I just had mine resurfaced and last night it came back to me with a chunk taken off the surface right at the thumb hole. That's the second ball that's this has happened to. If you're just killing time maybe it's ok, but I wouldn't eat here. Last week a chicken wing hit the floor and was picked up and tossed up on the counter next to the fryer. The cook didn't bother to change gloves and continued to prepare food. When the manager was told about it and went to "investigate" the chicken wing had disappeared. It wasn't on the counter and it wasn't in the trash. Nobody knows for certain what happened to it. A lot of us won't be coming back. 2 years of this kind of rotten management and lack of customer service is enough.

The facility was pretty clean, people were nice but our lane did not take the accurate score! When my husband rolled a strike it was counted as 9 pins. When he knocked down 9 pins it said he knocked down 8. They tampered with the lane a little and said it should be fine but it never worked correctly. They did give tix for a free game which kind of made up for it.

The customer service is alright, and the bowling is good as well. They do not do anything outstanding but you get what you expect. Unless you walk in expecting free bowling and a ball made of gold, you shouldn't be disappointed. My only complaint is I signed up for the promotional e-mails, but often times the staff would have no idea about the promotion and not honor them. Needless to say, I unsubscribed from AMF's email list and did not receive a response when I asked them about the issue.

My experience was not up to standards.it was rigged.I kept losing because the floor had dents.the pins were flying everywhere. Some were fell and some were flying.others didn't even show up.I would bowl but the ten pins would still stand there.shoes did not fit and many of my peers fell and workers kept interupting by just walking through the lane.I paid hundreds of dollars for absolute bollocks. Hundreds of dollars plus tax making it like 60 bucks!.do not recommend.amf please reply soon.we have to discuss something.overall great place.would recommend

Paid $10 all u can bowl for 2 hrs, machines were broken most of the time, never worked right the whole time we were there, they never came to help when u push the help button, you have to go up to them and then you have to wait til they're ready to help you. We got to play o ly 45 min of the 2 hrs we were there. Gave 3rd star only because they gave us free plays for next time but only because we finally got fed up and they saw how upset we were

I love my Strike & Spare Lanes. I bowl in several leagues in this house. Management and staff are friendly and some participate in leagues also. The eats and drinks are tasty. Come out and have some fun.
