Hands down, some of the most delicious food I've eaten! I’ve been visiting Jackson Hole for three summers, and I make sure to return to this restaurant in Victor, Idaho. I hadn’t had Pho before in my first two visits, so I had to try it this time, and it was very memorable; my friends loved it, too! Sadly, we forgot to take a picture of it. I also love their Adobo. My all-time fave is Ramen; this can compete in one of the ramen places I loved in New York, and if you like rice, then nasi goreng is perfect! The egg roll was meaty and crispy!

The staff here genuinely cares about their guests. Our waitress, Julie, was courteous and helpful, ensuring our entire dining experience was flawless. She told us that they’re open for breakfast as well. I think it's on Thursday-Sunday, and we just had to try it too. Jesse, our server, provided excellent service and was friendly and funny; we had a wonderful breakfast! Longganisa was probably my favorite! They made us feel like VIPs. This restaurant surpassed all of my expectations. You don't frequently discover a setting where everything fits together so well. I'll suggest it to every one of my friends and family.

If you want a gastronomic experience that is not over priced, this is the place to go! We ordered the nasi goreng and the chicken curry and they are delicious. The curry is not watery and the nasi goreng has a lot of great flavors. The portions are generous too. We had the plantain with hackle berry ice cream for dessert and wished we ordered double! This is definitely one of the best food we had during our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. The servers are awesome and very friendly and the outdoor seating allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Had a fabulous meal at the Bistro! Food was so tasty especially the chicken wings starter (ate too quickly for a photo!). Lots of flavour in the dishes. Highly recommend!

Yum! Such great food, bursting with flavor! You can tell all ingredients are fresh and everything is made from scratch, which is honestly how every restaurant should be, but unfortunately in the US that is not the norm like it is in other countries. Only caveats for this place: it is small, and it appears the staff is small, so it took quite a while to get our food. Which wasn't a big deal on this night, because we had a big lunch and I honestly wasn't hungry still when we got there. Other downside is because it's small and there isn't a solid partition between the dining area and the kitchen, it is HOT inside! We should've sat outside, even with it being 90°! But don't let that stop you, the food is worth it, and the staff very friendly!

The food was incredibly delicious. It also was unique and very fresh. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I was only in Victor for three nights but the food was so good the first night that I came back a second time on the trip! Would highly recommend the pineapple mango curry.

Great food, great atmosphere— small kitchen so be prepared to wait a little bit for some amazing food if it’s busy! I think we’ve tried everything on the menu now and last night’s chicken adobo did not disappoint.

Fabulous little family owned place we definitely did not expect to find here on our trip to Grand Teton in July! We were looking for asian fusion and were very glad we ate here instead of some more expensive looking spots in Jackson Hole. Every dish was tasty, well plated, and generously portioned. Our server was cheerful and considerate. It's clear that the owners care about food!
