I have lived here in west York a little over 3 years and never came here until today and I will definitely be back. Shane that works there and the other employees are amazing and super nice. My clumsy self dropped my drink and they weren't mad and happily cleaned it up. They are so nice and I will definitely be coming back if not getting monthly memberships now!

Great place to take the kids. Staff was super helpful and nice. Shane specifically was very helpful explaining all of the Birthday party options and details. He also did a great job explaining the benefits of getting the monthly membership. My son is really looking forward to having his Birthday there this year!

In my opinion this place is awesome for kids to have fun. I have had a membership for my kids for about a year now and they always enjoy their time when we go.
My kids had the best time yesterday, we went to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. She had a blast, she enjoyed jumping and playing the arcade games. Shane was awesome he helped us check in and was very attentive the whole time we were there. There was also another employee which I didn’t catch his name but he was also helpful and attentive.
I would definitely recommend to parents that need a place to take the kids during the week to do something fun and not be home all day watching tv or on the electronics. This is a great way for them to make new friends and burn energy.

We've been to a ton of trampoline parks, and this one was incredibly disappointing. Half the park is closed, but you still pay full price. It looks like it's been this way for at least 2 months, based on Google reviews (which I wish I read before coming here). We bought 90 minute's before realizing there is almost nothing here. 15 minutes in, my kids were asking when they could leave. There are lots of younger kids here who seem to be having a great time with just the trampolines, so this would probably still be a decent option for kids 5 and under (although the toddler climbing area is closed.) Floor is incredibly dirty. I saw a comment from 3 weeks ago that cleanliness would be addressed, but it is still dirty and at least one hand sanitizer dispenser is empty. Not enough seating. It would be nice to have some individual chairs instead of just a few low couches. Overall, very disappointing. With several other options in the area at the same pricepoint, I'd definitely choose to go elsewhwere.

I have a membership for my son. About 2 months ago they changed there prices for subscription. The reason I was given was because they are installing night club lighting and black lights. Been 2 months still no lights and yet they certainly charged me full. Might be better off at sky zone
