Friendly staff and nice large location. Lots of waiver stations as you walk in and staff ready to check you in. It was pretty humid but it was a humid day outside so I imagine that plays a factor on regulating the inside. Nice location for parties with lots of seating and food onsite.

Need to display altitude sock requirement better or just get rid of the pointless policy. Same sock material across all establishments and employees felt it was necessary to follow my 3 year old around to tell her mom that her and her 1 year old sister needed “Altitude” socks. I changed my socks twice and then bought Altitude socks that tore in my first 20 minutes jumping. If you’re going to enforce this “policy”, be consistent and enforce to everyone. Saw at least 20 others when it got busy, not wearing the right socks and no one said a thing to them.

Friday morning junior jump was awesome! A very clean facility and equipment was in working order. Plenty for the children as well as adults observing. The bathrooms were clean as well. The only issue that I had found, and reported to the front desk, was that the men's room changing table was broken. I'm sure they'll have it repaired/replaced in no time.

Altitude is our favorite. Only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't have a membership option like the one in Austin Texas did. It was $20/month (or $10 I can't remember) for 2 hours a day. You could go every day. Other than that though we love this place. The renovation is awesome!
