We come regularly and enjoy membership. We go to birthday parties and have so much fun. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is casual and bounce areas are well kept.
They have a concession area. Restrooms. Tables for breaks and parents can relax.

Our church youth group went here this past weekend and everyone had a blast. Management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well supervised. The area is very large with plenty of room for the parents and/or guardians to sit and socialize or just enjoy the kids playing. Dodgeball was the most fun for our group of kids.
Note to not try wearing another facilities jump socks as they only allow their own brand of socks in their facility.
Bathrooms need a little TLC and the basketball jump was out of order due to repairs needed; otherwise, it’s a perfect place for a fun time for the young kids.

Relatively clean and staff was nice. It is missing many of the features trampoline parks normally have, liked warped wall, foam pits, or ninja warrior course, and there isn't anything special taking their place. My ten year old was visibly bored quickly, although he regrouped and mostly played dodgeball. Wouldn't recommend for older kids, but it's probably pretty nice for little guys.

The robotic cotton candy machine was very cool, and shocked me by being worth the 7 dollars.

The place is ultimately gross. It has probably have never been cleaned since it has open. Very disrespectful to the clients. My entire crowd who were here for the birthday party got very ill. The private “special celebration room” that we got for extra $$ was next to the toilet, and smelled horrible.

We had my son's 7th birthday party here, and there were about 19 of us. The facility was loads of fun, and Brianna, the person assigned to our party was absolutely excellent. We never had to go looking for her, and she seemed very knowledgeable and intuitive of our needs. The kids had a blast on the trampolines, and loved playing trampoline Dodgeball. We will absolutely be back.

This place has no control of the dodge ball arena at all. It is pure chaos most times we go. Today we went and a grown 31 year old male decided it was a good idea to tease and yell at my 9 year old in the dodge ball court. It resulted in my 9 year old crying in the corner while the grown 31 year old had a conversation on how you don’t talk to kids like that. Meanwhile my kids are the ones that got asked to leave, not the guy teasing kids till the cry. Unbelievable

I had my daughters 5th birthday here and it was really perfect for what we needed. A handful of kids in a clean space to run and burn some energy on a Friday night. I booked the All Star party room and the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the TV in the room didn't work so we couldn't have any music playing in the space or watch anything while we waited to surprise the birthday girl. Our party host was great and he made sure we were always doing alright, he was exactly who we needed and I appreciated him for that. I will certainly be making my way back with my daughter because it was perfect for us. Not crowded and no real stress. Thank you for providing a great space at a great price. I just hope that when we come back for another party the TV will work so we can really party. Oh and a fan because it got pretty warm in the room.
I personally enjoyed altitude more than any other Trampoline Park I've been to in the past.

Altitude is an amazing trampoline park for my kids. They always have such a blast and it is so family friendly, the staff works are also so kind and welcoming, always showing a smile! I cannot wait to take my kids back here, perfect for a nice simple day out with them! I 100% recommend this place.
