We love altitude! I had my sons party there one year and we had Spider-Man come jump with everyone! Altitude was thrilled to welcome Spider-Man. Although I don’t like the way they do parties, everything has a time limit and all together I think my kids had maybe 45 minutes total jumping. Everything else was in the party room. Super clean though! And the employees were nice!

I’ve been to altitude plenty of times and always had a great experience. This time I booked a private party room and when I say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Britney was my party coordinator and she did an amazing job!!! She helped so much and checked on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. John was the manger and he did an amazing job as well, even when one of or kids lost their shoes he made sure to find them. Britney and John did an amazing job and if I was the owner of this place I would definitely give them a raise. I’ll be coming back soon.

This place is awesome! The space is nice and open. The kids can run and jump to their heart’s content. There are also a few arcade games for a change of pace. My kid had a blast and was able to get a ton of energy out.

This was our first time visiting Altitude and John made it a fabulous experience. We had the best time and John even had to come pull me out of the foam pit. Thank you John for helping us have a fun experience.

I’m the manager at We Rock the Spectrum and we take our summer camp kids to Altitude Trampoline Park every Friday, and it has been an absolute amazing experience! The kids always have an incredible time, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic staff and management.

Bryan, one of the staff members, was especially wonderful. His enthusiasm and dedication to making sure every child had socks, wrist bands and a great time were truly commendable.

The manager, John, is also incredibly exceptional. He goes above and beyond to accommodate our group, making sure everything runs smoothly and that we have everything we need.

Overall, the experience is fantastic, and I can’t thank the team at Altitude Trampoline Park enough for their hospitality and care. Highly recommend Altitude Trampoline Park!

Great place for kids to jump around and get exercise. Pretty expensive though and more so to have a party there.
Best time to go is during the week. It is much less crowded. Weekends are so full there you are more likely to have kids hurt each other or others and the staff is overwhelmed.
We went mid week on a Wed around 2p and had a good experience.
Sadly no gluten free options for Pizza but they will allow you to bring your own pizza if you have food allergies.

I canceled my membership and they continue to charge me for months. I had a call four times still never got a refund. Also, the staff is very unfriendly. You have to hunt people down just to open an attraction highly do not recommend definitely not the membership.

I will not go back.
The Cons: 1. the staff does not do their jobs properly. They spent the entire time I was there (over 2 hours) hanging out and playing around with each other instead of monitoring the play areas. When my son was out of our sight, my husband tried to walk over to make sure all was ok before one of the staff blew the whistle at him and very rudely told him he couldn’t be up there and did not even bother to check out the play area despite my husbands concern. When I advised the manager of his interaction she agreed he should not have handled it that way and that she would talk to him but she never did while we were there.
2. There are no water foundations or a concession stand offered even though they don’t allow outside food or drink. Instead, you have to pay steep prices for bottled drinks and packaged snacks.
3. A trip there for a couple hours for a couple kids cost me over $100.
4. Lastly, the place was less than clean and the equipment needed some repair.

The Pros:
1. it was great exercise for the boys.
2. It was not overcrowded.
