Stopped by for drinks on our way to Jackson Hole. First walking up to the coffee shop was a cool vibe. Lots of outdoor seating and open doorways to the indoor seating area.
Latte milk options: whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, and half and half.
Latte flavors: limited
Large latte: comes with 2 shots
I had been hoping for a white mocha latte but unfortunately this wasn’t something they served. There are only a handful of latte flavors to add in.
Menu is slightly limited and pretty basic. My husband was happy with his drip coffee. The kids enjoyed the hot cocoa- but no whip cream available.
One of the baristas was super sweet and kind (cute girl with dreads) and had a great structure. The other barista girl working was a lil short on patience.

Oat milke latte is BOMB. ? same with the avo toast, which was ready super quickly. they also have some grab & go items. Not a ton of space indoors, but I'm here in the off season and am able to use the wifi to work for a bit. Do I need more caffeine? no, but I might just have to get another fresh-roasted beverage.

Alpine Air is such a great local spot! I’m not a coffee drinker but I really like both their Matcha and Chai (and I’m pretty picky with my drinks) and all of their toasts are amazing! They also have a well sourced gluten-free bread option, which I really appreciate and my husband loves their burritos. In the summer, they can open up the garage doors and there’s also room to sit outside, which is lovely, but in the winter it’s super cozy inside and I love to come here and have breakfast and work. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly and food comes out super fast. I highly recommend!

Gem in the Heart of Teton Valley

I recently visited this brand-new coffee roaster and cafe in downtown Victor, and I was thoroughly impressed. The organic beans are carefully selected for quality, and you can taste the difference. The owner’s passion for coffee really shines through, especially in their dedication to using equipment that doesn’t leach any plastics into your brew – a detail I really appreciate.

The space itself is inviting, with clean surroundings, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. There’s even a great deck for outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your coffee on a sunny day.

I wish this fantastic local spot all the best for the future. It's a great addition to the community here in Teton Valley, and I’m looking forward to many more visits!

Had breakfast burrito and an avocado toast, both delicious. Highlight for me was my very well made cortado. Cute little spot and plenty space to tie your dog outside under shade.

Wow amazing coffee!! We had to maple syrup latte and lavender honey and it was perfect! Loved the little outdoor seating. Avocado toast was tasty but with it was heartier. We will def be back!
