Fresh coffee roasted on site! Cant better than that. Alla Prima is a great spot for the usual café vibes. I get my espresso for home/work from them. Also, they can grind it to spec! If you’re looking for a dope café, great service, and chill vibes to chat or do remote work, Alla Prima is the place to be!

Drove through on my way to work to grab a coffee and a breakfast item and really enjoyed my first visit. I got the cardamom latte which was recommended to me by the barista at the window and tried one of the biscuit quiches, I believe it was the mexican one, and it was so delicious. By far the best quick service breakfast item I’ve gotten before. Highly recommend this place and look forward to making it a regular stop!

We got the breakfast blend (pictured) and the Papua New Guinea single origin for later in the week. My family's morning go-to is homemade drip coffee—this breakfast blend is out of this world. Great job, master roasters! We can't wait to try the Papua New Guinea next.

It's also very much appreciated to engage with other guests who quoted Ted Lasso's "football is life! Danny Rojas ⚽?"

Stumbled on Alla Prima completely by chance while dropping off a friend nearby. Very classy, high-end coffee and pastries. I had a cortado (very few places in Pensacola have this on the menu) and a bacon-egg-and-cheese quiche biscuit. Both were excellent. Nice ambiance and beautiful decor.

$41.39 is a bit high for two coffees, a panini and a ham/cheese croissant. I don't mind spending a little extra for a locally owned business. However, the price, size and flavor do not properly offset the price tag. I could have gone to Starbucks and gotten a seasonal latte that was bigger for much less. The blackberry specialty drink is too heavy handed on the sage and not enough blackberry. However, the lemon meringue was perfect! The croissant was the same issue as the coffee where the portion size for $7 was way too small. Again, I love small businesses and want to see this place succeed but they are going to price themselves out of business if an adjustment is not made.

I recently placed my first to-go order, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Benny, the gentleman who answered the phone, was incredibly kind and patient as I navigated the menu. I decided on a panini, and let me just say—it was amazing! It even came with plantain chips, which I was hesitant about at first, but they turned out to be the perfect, delicious surprise. I also ordered a vanilla bean cold brew, which hit the spot.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the café was clean, cozy, and very well-kept. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy breakfast in-house one morning. Plus, they sell local art—which I absolutely love! This place has a great vibe and some real hidden gems on the menu. Highly recommend!

When you walk into Alla Prima Coffee Roasters, it smells like quality coffee. Everything about this place is handcrafted, as the beans are roasted in house as well! I had the pleasure to speak with the owner and she took time out of her day to show me her studio and how she roasts her coffee beans. It was a wonderful experience. Not only does is smell wonderful, but the ambiance is cozy, there is plenty of seating, and you know that you are getting a high quality drink. Staff is friendly and sweet!
