Judy at Airbound exceeded our expectations for our child’s birthday party. She was flexible and responsive to the children in attendance as well as attentive to the needs of adults with them. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed prior to and during the party, checking in frequently during the time we were there. She even went out of her way to take photos and videos during the party and sent them to us afterwards.

The facility itself is clean and has everything a kid needs to be busy, engaged, and having fun. The foam pit obstacles provided different levels of challenge for all the ages of kids in attendance and the bouncy houses and slides and different sizes of bouncy/pogo balls and the basketball court ensured ample space and accessibility for our guests (ages 3-10).

We had our daughters 6th birthday here. We already loved coming for play but the party exceeded our expectations. We've done other local places for birthday parties and Airbound was much more effortless. The owner is above and beyond nice, and accommodating. The party went so smoothly and honestly was so easy on our part. I 100% recommend Airbound Sports for a fun playtime or a great kids party.

I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Airbound Sports and Entertainment, and while I was generally pleased with the atmosphere and the entertainment, I have several concerns about the unexpected costs that left me feeling frustrated and taken aback.

Let me start with the positives: The facility is pretty good. The staff was friendly and engaging, and the kids had a blast jumping on the bounce houses, playing games, and enjoying all the activities. The environment was lively and fun, which made for a memorable experience for my daughter and her friends. The entertainment kept the kids happy, and overall, the party went smoothly.

However, the final cost of the party was a major letdown. Initially, I was told the party would cost around $450-500, but when the final bill came, it ended up being $664.26. This was a huge surprise, especially since I had been assured that an extra 2 kids (we had 17 total instead of the 15 originally agreed upon) wouldn’t be an issue, but I was later charged extra for the additional kids. While I understand there may be additional costs for more children, I felt a little misled because I was told initially that it wouldn’t matter.

To make matters worse, I was also charged $4 per photo, even though the owner took the photos on her personal phone and simply texted them to me afterward. At previous parties ive hosted here, this was included in for no additional cost. Considering the price I was already paying for the party, this felt like an unnecessary extra charge for something that should have been included, especially given how much I was already paying.

Then, on top of all this, I was hit with a $17.25 merchant credit card fee, which the business passed on to me. When I questioned this fee, the owner tried to tell me that it was normal and that I should pay attention to my credit card bill because credit card companies charge fees every time you use your card. I politely explained that I believe this fee is generally not passed on to consumers, and the owner insisted that I was wrong. Frankly, this response was not only unhelpful but also inaccurate. Merchant fees are typically absorbed by businesses, and it's not normal for these fees to be passed on to customers in this way.

In hindsight, $664.26 for a 2-hour party is an extremely steep price. For that amount of money, I could have taken the kids to a theme park or even spent the entire weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge. While the experience itself was enjoyable, the surprise costs felt excessive and, frankly, unfair. I have been left feeling taken advantage of.

Despite my positive experience with the entertainment and the staff, the unexpected charges have made it difficult for me to justify returning to Airbound Sports for a birthday party. I really did enjoy the time spent here, but given how pricey it turned out to be and the unprofessional handling of these extra costs, I cannot recommend this place for future parties unless they reassess their pricing structure.

Update to response from owner: I updated my review with photos showing the charges to my card, including an additional $60 charge that appeared 30 minutes after I had already paid in full. Your explanation regarding the 3 extra drink pitchers and 2 additional children, which supposedly pushed the total over the agreed-upon 15, doesn’t add up to $60 — it would have been $53.50. And might I add that $4.50 for a liter of soda is highway robbery.

This situation has left me feeling frustrated, as it seems either my concerns aren’t being taken seriously, or I’m being made to feel like I’m in the wrong. I’ve provided clear photo proof that the math doesn’t add up.

Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide I won’t be returning. You've lost a valuable customer.

We had our son's 7th birthday here. We had the place to ourselves which is nice. We did bring our own food and drinks. The experience was nice but whats disappointing was the additonal charges which I emailed all over to ask and clarify. Even called their office and left a voice message but nada. No replies to a dozen emails and no call back. If its something you would want to settle you can do it in minutes but its going 2 months now and still nothing. Very disappointing!

I could not be more pleased with my son’s birthday party at Airbound! The facility is clean, and the equipment is in excellent condition. Judy, the owner, is attentive, kind, and warm—she has a fantastic personality! She anticipated every need and was always available any time I needed her. She also takes the time to snap photos of your party and sends them to you. The party room contains a locker for everyone’s items and is an ample size for the children to enjoy. You should not hesitate to book a party here. Worth every penny! My Jack absolutely loved it! Thank you for everything!

Great spot. Took our oldest there for his birthday. He played basketball with his friends and they all had a blast. Our youngest is autistic and he probably had a better time than they did with the bouncy houses etc. Judy, the owner, could not have been nicer. We will most definitely be back.
