So, why 4 stars overall when each category is 5? The cost here has become outrageous. They screwed customers over on the royalty rewards. Staff is great. The atmosphere is decent. Probably 19 out of every 20 times, the food is decent. The cost has gone from reasonable to outrageous, and I'm not accepting the tired argument of "but our prices have gone up," because if you let it get that out of hand, you deserve the loss of business.

10/28/24 - Google asked for an update. No change in the outrageous prices, but the waiters / waitresses continue to do a great job.

We went on a very rainy 4th of July since we didn't want to bbq. There were others that had the same idea since there was customers but not too busy. This was my first time here, so I never had what was their original burgers. We (3 of us) each had the new burgers with the brioche bun. We each ordered a different burger and different sides. I had the southern charm burger and thought it needed a bit more bbq sauce. I went with the chips but I would get the fries next time. The special blend of seasoned salt is a must try. We each enjoyed our choices and would try other burgers on another visit.

I rarely visit chain restaurants but the Red Robin in Bear, Del. is exceptional. The jalapeño heatwave burger was one of the best spicy burgers I’ve ever had, the garlic fries were delicious, and the panoply of sauces were so fun to try! The waitstaff was kind and attentive and the atmosphere is perfect because they keep the music at a level where you can have a conversation. I’ll be going back!

I love the Red Robin this particular location. The customer service is wonderful the hosting servers are so very friendly. We come to eat exactly what this restaurant is best known for their Delicious mouth watering burgers! Red Robin never disappoints my taste buds. Will return again soon!

Food was cool. But our server, Karina wasn’t very attentive. Came to our table to ask if everything was ok, I had asked for a refill but didn’t get it. She came back a half an hour later and asked how everything was, Told her I was still waiting for my refill and halfway through my meal I had realized I didn’t receive the coleslaw that comes with the rib plate. As I’m trying to explain this after I told her about the drink, she was walking away while I was still talking & I had to tell her I wasn’t done telling her everything I needed. I don’t know if she’s always like that or was having an off day, but it kinda ruined the dine-in experience. Also because she barely came to check on us, I couldn’t take advantage of the bottomless fries.

I did a take out burger meal. The hamburger was good as expected. However, the potato fries were difficult to digest... too thick and a bit dry. Otherwise, a good experience.
