We stopped by to get our caffeine fix. I got the hot latte with milk and it was good. The pastries looked amazing but I wasn't hungry or else I would've indulged. They also serve gelato and different sodas. The decor was very cute and vintage. Parking is out front; we parked a short distance away across the town green. Service was great; everyone was friendly and attentive. My toddler had a pizza bread; cheesy bread with light sauce and I had a bite, very tasty! When we come back to town, I will definitely stop by to get my caffeine fix and some desserts to try out.

I loved my stop at espresso 59 in Litchfield Connecticut. We started off with a basil lemonade mixed with iced tea that was absolutely delicious on a hot summer day. We opted for a scone as well as a warm breakfast treat of spinach and feta, that was absolutely delicious. The scone was perfect in its texture and flavor filled with lots of blueberries. The banana-coconut cake and appleberry crumble were also wonderful desserts. I highly recommend you stop into this wonderful Italian coffee shop taste their savory treats and delicious beverages. We definitely will be coming back!

As a coffee and desert snob, I can say this is the absolute best place to get GOOD espresso, coffee, and sweet treats. And the owner is so kind and comes up with the best creations. I wish it wasn’t 45 minutes away from home, but it’s definitely worth the drive!!

This small local business is a gem!! Everyone is always incredibly kind and generous to our small children! There is always fresh baked savory and sweet treats. Wide variety of drinks available. And there has always been a vegan option when we go!

Lovely little café in the center of Litchfield. The staff are always super sweet, and the coffee is wonderful. Their food whether it’s a pizzetta or a pistachio ricotta cake is incredible. Love the Italian inspired establishment and their hours set them apart from the other cafes in the area!

Espresso 59 is an adorable breakfast spot perfect for well-made pastries and refreshing drinks. I delighted in the egg croissant and the raspberry coffee cake, both of which were fantastic. The iced vanilla and lavender coffee was delicious and made for a perfect start to the day.

Such an adorable spot! We visited mid afternoon on a weekend and there was still a line, so we knew it was going to be good. All of the pastries in the case were so tempting - I could’ve eaten one of everything! My mom and I split a fresh, cheesy bread that was amazing. The coffee selection was great, and I liked their gelato too. I wish they had more seating, but it adds to the charm. We’ll be back!

I love to stop here from time to time, it’s a great spot to get dessert! The atmosphere is amazing and staff are always nice. I usually order the chai latte and eat the key lime tart or the sfogliatelle. The only thing you should know is that everything is very expensive, but it’s in Litchfield, so that’s understandable. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
