3 of us did the Son of Zodiac room and had a ball! The room was well thought out, plenty challenging, and doable as a trio (and maybe a hint or two..) Tom is a great host and attentive game master! We'll definitely be back to try the other rooms!

1 adult, 2 teens, and 1 preteen did the Son of Zodiac Killer escape room.

We used the as many hints needed option and were able to successfully escape without too much trouble (2 of us were searching and 2 of us were in a constant state of confusion).

The best part about this place is the decor. It really feels like you are going back in time, not like you are at a business, which adds to the experience.

Nothing was too challenging, but there were a lot of puzzles to solve and I definitely was guilty of overthinking things.

I feel like this is a great place to go for the ambiance and to get used to what clues to expect at other escape rooms (as some of those can be too challenging for beginners).

My group of 5 adults chose Son of Zodiac. This was everyone's first escape room experience and we had a ball! Everyone was able to contribute in some way to figure out the many and varied challenging puzzles. The room is rated Moderate difficulty but we felt it was on the harder side. We ran out of time with one puzzle unsolved. We waited 20 minutes before asking for help and that hurt us in the end. Don't be afraid to ask for clues early on! Bryan, our host, was very helpful and friendly. We'll be going back to try the other themes and highly recommend Quandary Escape Room! D9C629

This was a perfect rainy day activity for our family's staycation! The Wallingford location in the old mill building adds to the overall vibe. We did the Son of Zodiac room and all of us found it enjoyable and the perfect level of challenge. Our host, Jackson, was friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to going back to try one of the other rooms!

We were reservation 316A9C for Mob Rats. Maggie was awesome and helpful. She let us get the right amount of frustrated before asking us if we wanted a hint. We came for our anniversary and it was my husband's first escape room. He had a blast which was such a relief because it means we will back for many more. I also like that this is one of the only escape rooms that I could find in the area that had a minimum of 2 players.

We decide to try and solve the Zodiac Killer room! It was one of the most fun escape room experiences I have had. Sara was EXTREMELY helpful with giving us hints when we needed them, but was sure not to spoil anything. Even with the hints we still had to work really hard! We did the Operation Gambit room in Wallingford. The room was well thought out and the clues were just tough enough that it took a little time to figure out. Maggie was a great game master and very helpful when needed.
