I have only seen the building from the outside and great reviews towards accepting new players of Magic the Gathering!

I started playing Commander 3 months ago and consider myself a new player of the game.

Unfortunately, I made a massive mistake of bringing both my cards and business to Battle Standard which is a local pub found near by.

I hope that the store manager at Most Excellent is fair and welcoming of my business and my family name!

I wish to play primarily MTG, and hope everyone gets along well as I continue to learn this game with mono colored white/black decks.

I do have a few questions that I will likely get answered in person so I plan to update my review upon my first visit! 🙂

Went into the store and was immediately impressed with the selections and table room to play Magic the Gathering - Commander.

The store manager gave me a warm welcome with a firm and trusting handshake ?.

My main reason from switching stores was due to the fact that my previous place sold alcohol and I don’t drink nor really associate with the people around it actively consuming it; I really want to pull cards and play!

I will gladly bring my business and play MTG at Most Excellent!

I love this place. I've always had a good time coming here. Every employee is always super helpful. If I have a question or concern, they always do there best to answer it. If they can't they will find out and get back to me. The most fun I've had is the commander tournaments. I started as a relatively new player especially in competitive magic. Every player does there best to explain how cards/interactions work. Over the time I've been coming to the store as a customer and competitor I've felt entered into the family as they say. They know my name I know all there's and it's to the point we all joke around and have fun. I highly recommend this place. Not only as a customer but as a competitor as well.

Anytime I go into Most Excellent the employees and owner are always super nice. Mason always has what I’m looking for! Whether it’s Magic cards, Lounge Fly bags or pop figures, he has it all. Highly recommend going here. The Magic tournaments are always fun and exciting too! So if you’re looking to have fun on Wednesdays and Sundays, this shop is the place to go!

The staff are always very pleasant. Bailey is the best of course!! He always is very attentive and so friendly.
The magic tournaments are very enjoyable at any skill level. The Sunday games allow for new players to ease in. Wednesday is the true competitive night. Overall a great store.

Excellent Card selection, Friendly, Helpful Staff. The card selection here is Top Shelf, you’ll find everything from top tier rares and exclusives, to rares and solid commons that are staples for deck building. Sunday tournaments are lots of fun, this shop has a great turnout, players are friendly and helpful to eachother, and Bailey the TO couldn’t be a more helpful or kind guy. He makes sure that every week, games are adjudicated in a way that provides a positive result to the pod. I’m thankful to have a shop like most X, not only are they an excellent resource for cards and collectibles, but coming to this shop has independently helped improve my magic game and take my playing to another level. If you’re still learning don’t miss their super casual Fridays either!
